After two years, my Beats Studio 3 started not playing music out of the left side (the side with the jack) when on bluetooth. However when plugged in the work fine. The foil thing did work for me though. Just make sure you aren't shoving it up to high into the jack causing it to disengage and bluetooth to turn off. Also make sure its thick enough to stay in the jack and once you find that sweet spot, don't mess with it anymore. I will admit, I'm a little sad that these headphones are showing their wear and I either need to depend on this or keep them wired in. Curious if someone has any recommendations for really nice wireless headphones that I should look into since I have a feeling these will need to be replaced in the near future.

2023 .. it still works!!!! .. Cheers mate 🫶🏾
Bro god bless you I took a black sharpie to colour the foil and it looks like it’s not even there. This saved me 130+ and so much time
Glad it worked for you!!!! ✌🏾
Wasn’t sure but tried with Solo 3’s thank you it actually worked for me it was the right side
0:49 yeah I’m having a problem with left I thought it would be ok next day but nope
Sorry it didn’t work for you.👊🏾✌🏾
I thought that I had to keep the foil in it forever but I can just take it out and it works again thank you sooo much
Yes it seems to work like that for some. I have to keep mine in. Glad I could help!
This worked for me too ❤ I though I had to use it WITH the foil inside it but it moving it around fixed the issue. Thank you dude
Thank you!!! This worked perfectly! Other videos were about to have me taking apart my headphones and I really didn't want to have to do that.
I've never had a pair of beats I could rely on. I took a risk buying the solo 3 hoping the brand would have improved after 10+ years but was so very wrong. I haven't been able to use my headset for a couple of years now. Until today! 🎉 Thank you thank you!!!! 🙏🏼

Thank you soo much, only spent 5 seconds doing this with a match stick and my headphones are working normal again. I really appreciate it🤗🤗
Bro thank u, So much I thought I was going to be in trouble with my mom
Thank you for much! I wanted to buy new headphones because of that bug, you saved my life!
I just wanted to ask would it ruin my Bluetooth? My right side isn’t working on Bluetooth and I don’t have a headphone cable for my beats
Holy shit, my moms headphones are fixed!! This is her third pair because the first one stopped working and i obviously got blamed for it and the second my brother broke and threw away along side my perfectly fine iPad….yeah he’s got a problem but I was worrried she’s think I broke them again when I never did in the first place😅
Best vid ever saved me 200 euros. Thank you!!!
Good deal
It worked first try! I was about to break out my soldering iron! Thank you!❤
IT WORKEDDD NO WAYY, im actually speechless THANK YOU SO MUCH
Look I haven’t even tried this yet but the fact that you said no need to smash like is gonna make me smash like
I was just about to throw these away thank you 😢
You’ll probably still end up trashing them but hopefully this will buy you some time!!!!
Worked perfectly for me and I thank you Randy. I was pissed now I'm pleased.
Brooo I can’t this worked!! I almost did a lap around the house!! My heart dropped when I turned my headphones on the right side weren’t working I near panicked 😂😂 can’t believe this actually worked I need the science behind this because this ain’t real can’t be 😂😂😂❤❤❤
I really wish I could remember where I found the information so I could give them credit. Not sure why it works. It literally makes no sense.👊🏾✌🏾
