During my chaotic renoviction move, I had so much 'special" clothing (from friends, and/or shirt designs), but almost all of them were in poor shape, so I took photos of them. Problem solved. 😅
Grateful he brought up negative TV. I feel like that's all there is. Schadenfreude is not what I want to see. It's like slowly poisoning yourself. I don't watch TV anymore, I've never paid for cable, and i'm selective of what online shows I do watch.
Questions: why is it called “Artifct” instead of “Artifact” with an a? Also, I’ve watched every episode of Hoarders and in the beginning they slammed through the cleanup in 2 days....then after like the 4th season they started doing it in 4 days. Matt totes the positivity of sharing stories as you go through the process and cherishing items as you let them go, etc. but on most of those episodes they rushed through so fast...I especially remember one poor guy they specifically told him...”just make a decision we don’t need to hear a story for every item”. I felt so bad for that guy! Granted I realize many of those people were on a timeline with foreclosure or city demolition etc. but wow it was just so sad!! Last question....where can I watch “Legacy List”? TYFS ❤️🦋💜
Hi Cindy, thanks for tuning in, and great question about Artifcts! We omitted the second "a" in Artifcts because we like to say we are redefining what artifacts are. Artifcts are anything that have meaning to YOU! Artifcts don't have to be historically important, financially valuable, or museum-worthy. If you have an item you love, and it has a story that matter to you, well, you have an Artifct! As for Legacy List, you can watch/stream it on PBS. Matt is currently working on the next season!
Matt, I have hoarding tendencies. I would love to seek therapy as it does cause problems in my life. My parents (deceased) were both hoarders and I never really learned the art of decluttering and getting rid of unneeded stuff, nor what is useless to keep vs important. Paperwork is something I have no idea how or what to do with, so I keep much of it for 7 years. What type of therapist would you recommend for me?
Thank You. I Love This Man !
