A WINDY winter night in my new tent! Seek Outside Twilight / Homemade Freeze Dried Chicken Fajitas!

With a new tent in hand, I head out to the testing grounds for a night of not so wintery, winter camping to get familiar with this tent. A new offering from Seek Outside. The Twilight 3. Along with the Twilight I am using a Western Mountaineering quilt! This is my first time using a product from Western Mountaineering, so I was really looking forward to that.
I am also testing out Homemade chicken fajitas that we freeze dried in our new Harvest Right Freeze drier. I'll be diving deeper into the art of the Freeze drier shortly! For now I am just experimenting and getting used to the machine. More on that to come.
