if you ship to alaska then you can defiantly ship to canada right ?
Do you recommend cooking in the Microwave and for how long? I have read that Microwaving food changes the molecular level of the food and is even banned in certain Countries like Russia, So then would you recommend stove top cooking and how so, dump meal out of packing into pan add a little water, cover and cook on low for 5 minutes or so?
That is exactly right! We let people choose their own heating methods but generally a few minutes under heat to bring to the desired temp is recommended. I know when some of our are really hungry we'll eat them cold, so it's all preference. But I do advise low heat as opposed to high.
How long do the meals stay fresh in the fridge?
10 days is what I read.
Can I freeze meals for use later?
Yes, our meals last up to 6 months in the freezer :)

How does the food not go bad and to avoid food poisoning? Crazy!
Hey Shook! It stays good for 72 hours in the box and we ship very quickly nationwide (24-48 hour) so it is still ice cold and vacuum sealed when you receive it. :)

Yes, we serve organic meals.
Save yourself ! They will not answer the phone ! You cant pick individual meals just a plan .. its like almost impossible it seems to cancel your account . It does not come neat.
Why don’t you show how yo open each package ? It’s a pain in the neck to open them.

Hi Scott, the meals are not categorized by male or female. Different meal plans have different calorie ranges. However if you're looking to make bulkier meals, the a la carte items may be the better bet. They also combine to make cheaper meals than the meal plans
