Hey Tommy , Didn’t see your comment to now My bad , If you know the brand ( most will have a Allen key hole - especially moen ) I did one a few weeks ago , it had no area to tighten , it wasn’t a name brand faucet , Hope it helps with future ones !!!

My faucet handle(the thing that you turn) is loose & i don't see any place to open with allen key.Not found in the bottom of the handle.
