Depends, usually Bends are given in heaviest wires in finishing stage, where you should avoid giving bigger Bends. They can cause breakages/ pain. But if you are using thin wire then of course bigger Bends can be given

So of I use straight wire appliance but the premolars won't rotate, can I use rotational bends?
