Watch this before you buy out of state Real Estate - know how HOT is your rental market!

The most important factor in real estate investing success IS GETTING YOUR PROPERTY RENTED FAST. I came across this website called RentHub.com which provides a "heat map" that allows for you to see how much rental demand per area there is for specific regions, which is very helpful for rental investors as well as anyone possibly looking for a new place to rent.
When you compare the Renthub.com heat map with Trulia's price heat map it becomes very easy to see areas of opportunity at a high level.

Great info! I am watching you videos one by one. Really helpful! I invest in Indianapolis because i live here, but i feel you've done much more research. One thing I found is that trulia no long provides price heat map (at least i can't find it anymore)

Hi Tong - yes indeed! Trulia unfortunately took away that feature - I emailed Trulia a while back asking about it and got a response from customer service saying they took it down (no explanation) and don't expect to offer it anytime soon
