Well you really should over look Irvington which is a town inside of Indianapolis that has low crime and a great community .

@@ednasalinas5568 I think the best area in my opinion right now is Avon, because even though it's more expensive the demand is there. Very very low vacancy in that area. Right now with higher rates I'd search for lowest props in Avon
