TUNA STEAK WITH LEMON CAPER CREAM SAUCE
Recipe:
2 pounds fresh Tuna Steak
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1Tbsp butter
1 medium size chopped onion
2 chopped cloves garlic
1 cup half & half or (whole milk or evaporated milk)
3/4 cup chicken stock/broth
1.5 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp capers
2Tbsp flour
1 Tsp dried or chopped fresh parsley

You don't even name what kind of creamy you put into it. Is there available dried parsley for sale? And my first time heared caper what is the exchange of those Incase not available in the market? Thank you.
She put half & half. That's a kind of cream. But you can use apc I guess. You can check your local grocery for parsley and capers. 😊
