One of the most useful tips I have ever been given, the difference in my game is obvious.
Thank you for your channel full of relevant advice.

You're allusion to sore muscles was eye-opening for me. I was clearly underestimating the amount of effort to make. The result is obvious. I take your challenge gladly. mille mercis !

Hello I'm an Alto Saxophone player coming back after 12 years break. I really appreciate your effort in making these videos. Thank you.
This video sounds very important so I have watched it three times. However, I don't understand what to practically do. How to breathe properly? How to release the air while supporting it, what can I practically do to get better at it.
I tried to get my legs parallel. But the feelings depend on: a. wether I tilt my back a little backwards (if I don't, I cannot raise my legs high enough) and b. how much of my behinds/glutes and leg to keep on the bench while I try the example exercise. I tried it on my way (without sax yet, will try later today). Can I try to do it on the edge of my bed or I need a harder surface?
I'm having trouble with the upper register sounding a little stuffed, and the notes on that register are quite sharp (mid D somewhere between 15-30 cents sharp). I think this might be a large chunk of the problem.
