Birkdale Village is a great place as stated BUT there's the potential that it can be suspect to OVER DEVELOPMENT. The latest rounds of additions to the greenway have caused inconvenience with parking especially during prime recreation times. I hope that they DO NOT add a hotel that's been proposed. LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!!!!

i live near here and kids that are in 5th grade and walking around alone together and a car almost hit me and my mom there before but other than that its a pretty cool place
