How to Add Meters to EKM Dash that Use the EKM Push System

Hi Adam. On the push system does the program or application get signals from the meter and if yes how so. I would like to add 6 meters to a building that will communicate with the app or program on my arrival to the building...so I need to understand how the data gets from the meter to my computer or phone app

Hi John, thanks for the inquiry. The EKM Push system reads the meters and sends the meter data to the cloud. That data can then be pulled into one of our software solutions like the EKM Dash, our online platform at encompass.io, or our EKM Widget app, which will work on mobile devices. I am trying to add meters on windows 64 version but looks nothing the same. It does not have the 3 tabs on top. does not let me add user key. and the ekm dash just crashes
