I know Beeston quite well. Nottingham university very close by and excellent transport link with the tram, which takes you to the city centre in minutes. Beeston has a trendy high street with cafes and three supermarkets close by. There are some lovely open spaces in the area, Wollaton Hall park, Attenborough nature reserve and Highfields park. Beeston is definitely one of the more sought after areas of Nottingham.
I bought a property for 170k in September and interest rate is 2.55%, if the property market crashes will it be a worse deal? Please note I will live in this property and my 5 yrs fixed monthly payment is near 500£. Please make your valuable comment on this purchase. Thanks sir
Thanks for commenting. The interest rate of 2.55% is very good, where did you buy? From what the experts are saying they're expecting a slow down so it should be alright. But, anyway it can only be a bad deal if you sell and you're looking to live in the property for the foreseeable so you should be fine. Hope this helps.
