Bay Alarm was a huge disappointment. Several times my mother's calls were not responded to, at all. They sent test signals in the beginning to be sure it worked. After several attempts to get help, and there was not a response, I asked them to send a test signal while I was with her and I was told they were not allowed to do that. Terrible system. Returning.
Hi! There are are actually a few wearables with long battery lives out there. Here's a few you could check out: Lifefone VIP (30 days) Lively Wearable 2 (up to 4 months) BellPal (up to 6 months!) I purchased my Bay Alarm Medical Alert after watching this review and it is AMAZING!!! I read a ton of reviews on other in home alert systems and knew that Bay Alarm was the right decision for my husband who suffers with both dementia and Parkinsonism. It was "a snap" to set up and the customer service is nothing short of amazing! Oh and the cost was way less than what I expected. Once you complete your test with the monitoring station, your off and running. I found the response time was very quick, like within a few seconds. I highly recommend at this point. What a relief knowing my husband and I have back up!! Why didn't I do this sooner?? P.S. Make sure you test your system monthly.
This could probably be really useful for domestic abuse survivors, especially those who are being stalked and in great danger of being a future homicide victim.
@@melissaolson2907 Hahah close but not quite! There are quite a few products out there domestic abuse survivors can use. We've got a page for personal safety gear and some resources on our YT channel in Shorts.
Fantastic and comprehensive review. Thank you!

She mentioned a button watch that lasted 30 days before being recharged. Which service was this for? Thank you.

Is there a limit to how many times someone can call for help per month or year?
Shouldn't be it's a medical service
