Blue Rodeo celebrate 25 years with some of the best friends. Featuring guest appearances by Great Big Sea, Ron Sexsmith, Cuff The Duke, The Sadies, Oh Susana, Devin Cuddy, Justin Rutledge, Whitehorse and The Skydiggers. This is Blue Rodeo with Great Big Sea performing the song "Rose Coloured Glasses".
I recently traveled home to Newfoundland to visit my family and yes I had this blue rodeo playing as I got in to north sidney ferry terminal. Two of favourate bands... thanks for the memories ❤
This song breaks my heart and I don't know why.
It's Great seeing Greg enjoying other people sing his music!!
Couldn't wipe the smile off my face for 5 minutes after this, remarkable! Sean and Jim do sound great together, both have pipes!
This song reminds of my short stay in Canada! listening to this album in the red car
my two favourite bands in one video. Thank you UA-cam. :)
That was so good!! I do love me some Alan Doyle.
Jim is the Wayne Gretzky of Canadian music :)
Jim and Seans' voices match very well!
The beginning of my love affair with Blue Rodeo...teeming with Great Big Sea...heavenly!
simply wonderful
Can Sean and Jim sing something together please!! Or better yet...a whole album! Wouldn't that be an incredible collaboration? Beautiful voices! Sound terrific together.
Yeah, this is a great moment
One of my fave BR songs
russell crowe sang the first verse, bruce campbell sang the second. wayne gretzky played guitar and sang backup. who knew?
Lol...a buddy of mine keeps insisting that Alan Doyle is Russell Crowe's Canadian cousin. Especially after they were both in Robin Hood.
She sees the world through rose-coloured glasses
Painted skies and graceful romances
I see a world that's tired and scared
Of living on the edge too long
Where does she get off telling me
That love could save us all
Save us all
She takes my hand and leads me to nowhere town
No matter where I stand it's always neutral ground
And in the cool of the evening blue
I feel so tired and alone
Where does she get off telling me
That love could save us all
Save us all
And it's day after day
I keep hanging around can you tell me why
Night after night I know I should leave
But there's something in those eyes
That keeps me hanging on I'm hypnotised
It breaks my heart and I don't know why
Tell me why tell me why
She sees the world through rose-coloured glasses
Painted skies…
Great Song.
Does anybody know where this concert was
Incredible.
LOVE Eh??
Oh wow, Doyle is plenty flat!
