It looks like a Quiet town No hood here.
The first neighborhood was Pebble walk.. the second neighborhood was Mary Poppins that's where I'm from.. Google Mary Poppins Harvey Louisiana...

Most of this is outside of Harvey city limits towards the east. The west side is even nicer.
Hood? No hood looks that clean! Go to Detroit!
Planning a trip to Detroit. Yall turned around the downtown.
