Great video and fantastic job on those surfaces. It looks like you could use about 12-18” more length on the wand when you’re using the surface cleaner.the closer you can get to 100% comfort the more fun and productive the work is. Please keep the videos coming
You have seen it before! Read the description. This residence is not my family's, and it has nothing to do with the end of season as it was filed in June or July. Thanks to all for watching and commenting! :)
He is driving my OCD crazy. Any time I hire outside workers to do jobs for me, ie. lawn care or washing etc. I always have to inform them of my compulsion and I pay extra and nice tip for excessively detailed work and putting up with me as a customer.
Yesss..! My Favorite, pressure washing videos. Another great job. 👍 But I think you were having a little good of a time doing your pressure washing artistic work..! Lol..! 😁
Ignore this if I asked already but aren't you concerned that the unsecured load on the bed drawers would slam into, and maybe go through, the rear window of your truck in the event of an accident or quick stop? I carry my load on the bed of the truck, without the drawers, and I still secure anything that could kill me or damage my truck. I leave ties secured to my bed tie-down points so it is easy to secure a load. Everything in the drawers is safe, but the stuff on top could be dangerous.
No worries if you already asked it. This video is a compilation of clips you have seen previously from one residence. That residence is in my neighborhood, so I never traveled more than 15 mph. I would never take it on the highway like this.
Great vid - very detailed. I really enjoyed it. Thank you. Comparing your technique to mine three questions if I can: (1) as the dirt is obviously deeply ingrained, wouldn't a chemical pre-wash help in shifting it?; (2) you never seem to wear eye protection, in case the high-pressure spray throws up debris?; (3) wouldn't waterproof boots /leggings stop your feet and legs getting wet and dirty from the spray?
1- Probably! 2 - I don't bother too much when using the surface cleaner, since the spray is mostly contained and when I wash the debris with the nozzle it is away from me. Would be safer with them for sure, though. 3- Yes, but again with the surface cleaner you don't get too wet, and when spraying the debris away you are spraying away from you, so you don't get wet much.
I bid based on how long I think it will take (as I have a desired hourly rate that factors in costs and labor) which is a derivative of how big a space it is, so both, I guess!
I personally charge a nickel per square foot, the going rate is between 10 to 15 cents. For me I charge $50 for a single car Driveway including sidewalk and curb.
Great job on power washing your family's driveway every so many weeks Brad!! That's so nice of you man!! JK,JK,JK (I KNOW YOU GET MY HUMOR). I watched every min. of this video. Sooo satisfying Bud!! Hope all is well, Dirty Jersey out!!!
18:44 you are a pavement cleaning artist. congratulations. but i really thing people should pave their homes with interlocking permeable systems, which are not only more aesthetically pleasing, but more environmentally responsible as well. and you still have the owners garden to clip, so you will not loose business :D
Next time research your tools before buying them as the Yamaha pump and Karcher flat surface cleaner are basically for the home owner and not the professional, hence the striped in the concrete. That doesn't take away from the hard work you put into the job, and I know we aren't all millionaires and can buy the best, but next time do some research into what you are buying or take some advice from an other professional, as power washing is like lawn care, you want people to call you back.
Copper Creek Cuts Lawn Care well,...your pricing has only one way to go,...and that’s up, lol!!!!😂 The joys of lack of experience. Nothing wrong with it, as long as you’re learning from it. I appreciate the videos too. I am beginning to get into some pressure washing jobs. I’ll do a video when I get around to it. It’s hard to put a number on it. It’s like mowing,...some guys charge by the hour, and some charge by the job. This is no different. You charge by the square foot, or by the job. Depends on your business model. Figure what rates you’re happy with,...then go from there. Out here in Az,...the commercial prices range from $0.35 - $0.72 per square foot according to promatcher. Just google prices in your area, then you’ll get your general ballpark numbers.
I am guessing the pressure washer uses 3-4 gallons per minute. A job that takes an hour would use between 180 and 240 gallons. Additionally, most pressure washers do not draw in the water. They require a pressurized source of water. So in addition to bringing a whole bunch of water, a pressurizing pump would be needed. It is much easier to use the customer's water.
I bet the customer loves seeing spirals when they pull in :/ if you are gonna play at least pre an post treat with chlorine so your jobs actually stand out as being clean an not have stripes and also do circles when cleaning never grid it
I am not sure if you meant that question the way it is answered below, or do you mean more simply. If you mean more simply, from the customer's house. I think I show hooking it up (that's what I was doing behind the bush)
Jesus. I'm not paying you to take all damn day finger painting in the mud. Grab a damn shovel and get the piles of dirt outta the gutter; dont sit there pushing the same piles of mud around for 30 frickin minutes. Other than that, great job, but you aren't getting employee of the month with methods like this, son.
Had a shovel on the truck (always do) but something told me shoveling dirt on UA-cam wouldn't have the same appeal as pressure washing. Thanks both for watching!
It's a dick move to have pushed all that soil and vegitation into the storm drain. You'd have saved time transplanting that grass to dead areas and filling low spots instead of compramising a community safety system...
Folks think I’m crazy for power washing my curbs
But I don’t care they look nicer than the rest of them
Not crazy at all! Thanks for watching!
Good job! Who cares what they think?

i always do the curbs too, great curb appeal. great job
Nice work of art on the driveway. Pretty big spiral 🌀.

Might be worth researching, thanks for the tip!
always satisfying seeing instant results. I love a good jet washing job. nice clean power washer, is it new?
Newer, but not brand new! :)
Can you please let me know its price & availability in india
thank you for not talking. this is really sothing.
Funny, most people thank me for not talking! :D
@@CopperCreekCuts i think a whole community of ppl come here to destress. i love your hour long vids on lawn care as well.
Deja vu* I feel like you've power washed this residence at least 3 times already in the recent past.
Jason Ricker I remember this video. There were comments about him washing all of the grass and mud down the drain.
It's his Mom's place and the season's winding down.

*shrug* Just part of UA-cam. Thanks for watching!
Do you notice ever when you do patterns in the cleaning that the pattern is still noticable when dried?
He will when an Angy customer calls on a nice dry day asking why there's a 15 foot spiral on her driveway

No, I make sure and do several passes in other directions to really get it clean.
@@CopperCreekCuts it's quite clear your an amateur using amateur equipment , you should learn the biz .
Just use a post treatment solution of water and %10 SH, 4:1
That will brighten up the concrete and get rid of your stripes.

That was extremely fun to watch
Do you prep the surface with a concrete-cement all purpose solution prior to cleaning?
I do not. Thanks for watching!
The after shot that doesn’t belong with the before shots is the second storm drain shot. I noticed it right away when I saw it.
Very good! :)
#Goodwork as always. Whenever you charge for a job like this, do you do by the hour or square footage?

That drain is losing battle like mine. There's a hump before my drain so everything accumulates at the end of my driveway.
That is really frustrating!
Excellent job 👍 thanks
You are welcome, thank you!
Looks like new

Great job!

how long did this job take, sorry if someone asked this already
Ughh man stop with those designs in the driveway . They're going to come back to haunt you with an upset customer.
Hopefully not (I wash a few directions after the design), but I will make sure to film the aftermath if it ever happens.

I have a question if anyone could answer it. I'm trying to start a presure wash business what kind of license do I need or permit?
Depends completely on your own state, county, municipality, city, and town! Thankfully all I need it a county business license which is $22 a year.
Juan Ramos be an electrician

What is a great way to start a lawn service company
Slowly, when you already have a job, and with low cost equipment.
Hi, can a 2500psi surface cleaner work with a 3000psi pressure washer
That badly constructed drain pisses me off :(
It did not make for an easy cleaning for sure.
01:32 Hello gerogie😱

Creepy😅
How much did you charge for this job?
I apologize!
Can ypu please let me know its availability in india & its price
I apologize, I have no way of knowing that aside from googling it.

Anything for a good youtube video.
How much?
I am not sure, I keep underbidding everything.
Where does the water come from
From the water line located outside of the house. The main water line from the curb feeds it to the house and that is where it usually is located.
I am not sure if you meant that question the way it is answered below, or do you mean more simply. If you mean more simply, from the customer's house. I think I show hooking it up (that's what I was doing behind the bush)
