    Great video and fantastic job on those surfaces.
    It looks like you could use about 12-18” more length on the wand when you’re using the surface cleaner.the closer you can get to 100% comfort the more fun and productive the work is.
    Please keep the videos coming

    Ignore this if I asked already but aren't you concerned that the unsecured load on the bed drawers would slam into, and maybe go through, the rear window of your truck in the event of an accident or quick stop? I carry my load on the bed of the truck, without the drawers, and I still secure anything that could kill me or damage my truck. I leave ties secured to my bed tie-down points so it is easy to secure a load.
    Everything in the drawers is safe, but the stuff on top could be dangerous.

  • @triplex86

    Great vid - very detailed. I really enjoyed it. Thank you. Comparing your technique to mine three questions if I can: (1) as the dirt is obviously deeply ingrained, wouldn't a chemical pre-wash help in shifting it?; (2) you never seem to wear eye protection, in case the high-pressure spray throws up debris?; (3) wouldn't waterproof boots /leggings stop your feet and legs getting wet and dirty from the spray?

    • @CopperCreekCuts
      @CopperCreekCuts  4 роки тому +2

      1- Probably! 2 - I don't bother too much when using the surface cleaner, since the spray is mostly contained and when I wash the debris with the nozzle it is away from me. Would be safer with them for sure, though. 3- Yes, but again with the surface cleaner you don't get too wet, and when spraying the debris away you are spraying away from you, so you don't get wet much.

    #Goodwork as always. Whenever you charge for a job like this, do you do by the hour or square footage?

    • @CopperCreekCuts
      @CopperCreekCuts  4 роки тому +4

      I bid based on how long I think it will take (as I have a desired hourly rate that factors in costs and labor) which is a derivative of how big a space it is, so both, I guess!

    • @musicfan6575

    Next time research your tools before buying them as the Yamaha pump and Karcher flat surface cleaner are basically for the home owner and not the professional, hence the striped in the concrete. That doesn't take away from the hard work you put into the job, and I know we aren't all millionaires and can buy the best, but next time do some research into what you are buying or take some advice from an other professional, as power washing is like lawn care, you want people to call you back.

      Copper Creek Cuts Lawn Care well,...your pricing has only one way to go,...and that’s up, lol!!!!😂 The joys of lack of experience. Nothing wrong with it, as long as you’re learning from it. I appreciate the videos too. I am beginning to get into some pressure washing jobs. I’ll do a video when I get around to it. It’s hard to put a number on it. It’s like mowing,...some guys charge by the hour, and some charge by the job. This is no different. You charge by the square foot, or by the job. Depends on your business model. Figure what rates you’re happy with,...then go from there. Out here in Az,...the commercial prices range from $0.35 - $0.72 per square foot according to promatcher. Just google prices in your area, then you’ll get your general ballpark numbers.

    • @norjg597
      @norjg597 4 роки тому +5

      I am guessing the pressure washer uses 3-4 gallons per minute. A job that takes an hour would use between 180 and 240 gallons. Additionally, most pressure washers do not draw in the water. They require a pressurized source of water. So in addition to bringing a whole bunch of water, a pressurizing pump would be needed. It is much easier to use the customer's water.
