Silk Press - Overnight Method

Yesssss i also do this for protective style take downs. Yea it might take me three days (a few hours each day) to do my hair…but my hair is bomb so that’s that lol. Sometimes i dry overnight, sometimes i blow dry and let rest over night.

My grandma who was a beautician by trade used the overnight rest method. I always had prefect silk press hair.

Thanks for watching Hunter! I had a ton of gel in my hair from my previous hairstyle so I wanted to make sure I cleaned my hair and scalp really well and got rid of all the product buildup. Clean hair and scalp is essential to a good silk press!
