To be fair. Elezen teens/children have basically no sexual dimorphism. I mean look at them. Were it not for the lips you basically can't tell the difference between Alisae and Alphinaud.
Elezen apparently have rather strange growth spurt compared to other races. It takes longer to kick in but when it does the increase in height and muscle is very rapid.

Despite having a semi-feminine build due to his lankiness, Alphinaud still wears clothes that are clearly masculine. Alisaie's are more feminine.
