Hi Dianne! I don't have one on UA-cam. But I will work on it! Be sure to utilize grouping. Then use your Entity Info window along with the Layers/Tags window. You can add Layers/Tags in the Layers/Tags window, and then move your selected groups/components to a different tag using the drop down menu in Entity Info.
in AutoCAD we us the array from just one entity and crest as many other items required with specified spacing and direction. i see you create an entity, then you copy snd set it to the opposite side, snd then you do an array. my question is why crest a copy snd place it on the opposite side, then the array, and not just do the array from that first piece? I bought ProgeCAD, but i have to learn SketchUp, instead of ProgeCAD because it’s quicker in modeling mode,
Once again you explain so well. Thank you!
Glad I could help!
Thank you ma'am
Do you have a video to teach us how to create layers? Especially how to assign a group to a layer after you've started a project?

Hi Gino, you can do the same function in SketchUp. Type a number then x to make copies in the manner that you are describing (instead of /).
