Pancakes
4 1/2 cups cake flour
1/4 cup baking powder (yes it’s one fourth cup)
1/2 cup sugar
6 whole eggs (large to extra large)
1/2 cup corn oil
3 cups fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon cane or white vinegar
Buttercream:
2 cups salted butter
1 cup powdered sugar

First time I made this pancake this morning for our breakfast. Maybe next time I can cut the recipe in half coz it’s a lot for 3 people. Although the half batter i add 1/2 cup halayang ube as in Ube Pancake. It turned out good and moist. My family loved it. Thanks Chef RV Manabat for sharing your recipe!

I use baking powder and I use melted cold butter, and I add my fruits when I cook my pancakes, blueberries or strawberries, chocolate chips, that’s my first time seeing vinegar and salt / sugar on a pancake mix.

Sir rv ang baking powder po 1/4 cup po talaga kasi po medyo mapait ? Calumet po ang gamit. Pero ang pancake okey oo masarap po sya malambot.
