I made this all out of scrap wood so I spend $0. Score! One step closer to finishing my office and giving you a 2018 Office Tour! If you would like an Office Tour, make sure to give this video a thumbs up! See you Sunday for another #DIY, stay rad you beautiful humans xx.

Awesome tutorial 👍👍👍
Quick and easy!
You rock. Blessings
You are making my morning!
Thats crazy there was a stud on the side of the window. Good thing you had a stud finder.
The rod does not get locked in place - would it not all topple down once you move the curtains?
See you on Sunday!❤
Yes! See you Sunday.
Thank you
Thank you for watching!
It was about 4-5 years ago when one knuckle head started doing that grab the camera lens to change frames spiel and everyone frickin copied. So lame. Curtain brackets on the other hand…dope.
You rock
I appreciate that.
To what degree would you say having these diy skills has saved you money overall? I love watching your videos and I want to do lots of projects for my own home but I'm scared of how big an investment it is (I don't own a single tool haha) and whether I'll just end up letting the tools collect dust if I get them
To be honest I started with a glue gun and only the latter half of 2017 picked up a power tool. It's all about working your way in where you feel comfortable. I would choose a project that you know you'll do and actually use then go from there with the materials. Whether that entails a power tool or not!
You can usually rent tools from local or chain hardware stores if thats a concern. Or maybe borrow one from a handy friend
did you say the wood dowels were free too? where did you get those?
I mentioned I got them from Home Depot - pick them up at your local hardware store .
Can this concept be used for a free standing room divider?
Yes but please secure it properly since that may have more traction than my curtains.
how long are those dowels? the longest I found was 2.5 feet. Thanks!
You can cut them down by the foot at Home Depot!
My cats would totally have it yanked out if the rod is left unsecured... I might try using a forstner bit to drill half way into the 2x4, and cut the rod to length, instead.
Great feedback!
girl you need a speed square.
Where are the curtains from?
I ordered them off amazon! I just searched green velvet curtains.
I was using woodprix instructions to make it and I did it already :)
Uuuuuuuuuuuggggggggllllllyyyyyyyy!!!!!
Sorry you feel that way! Hope you find a project you can hold your negativity back on and only spread love to not kill someone working on their dreams and learning a new skill. God bless xx.
Mila kunis is that you?
Well that's sweet unless you think she's ugly then that's not so sweet haha.
complete bodge job
Well probably as it was when I first started my channel years ago and the whole point of this channel is to show the progression so humans aren't intimidated to just try it and hopefully do it better than me. Are you big spoon or little spoon?
