I think apart from Kotak, HDFC, .. YES bank also has an option to directly swipe the credit card for international lounge. I've Yes reserv card.
Also, with idfc wealth card I've received dreamfolks card.

In axis atlas, there is a section in the app, where they issues a qr code for any lounge under dreamfolks, india or abroad, kindly let me know if qr code is accepted worldwide
