🐔🐥 *my personal favorite way for chicken wings* (and easiest for making larger batches) is in the oven on a *wire rack* (not just on a sheet) _lightly dusted_ with baking powder (that is the key!) can pre marinade them or season them with any dry spices after cooking (or both lol) and then just make a few assorted dipping sauces (i always make a soy/garlic peanut satay, a lemon dill honey mustard, a spicy tangy bbq etc) ..... with both racks in the oven i can make 60-70 wings at once and they are easily better than any fried tossed wing you'll ever eat... it's essentially like air frying but you can make multiple servings at once and all you gotta do is flip em once and re-dust lightly with baking powder on the other side.... around 350 degrees about an hour total, perfection every time👌
