This song is a representation of overcoming your weaknesses. Bravery and hard-work too. The Kappa never stopped facing his weaknesses and in the end grew with them to become a stronger and invincible Kappa. This shows us that we too can be strong if we face our weaknesses head-on and never give up, no matter the circumstances.
(The Girl)
Overcoming your problems. Being ready to stand up for the things and people you love (here, it's the tree). The girl tries many ways in which she doesn't have to directly face the Kappa. This shows that we try numerous ways to avoid our problems and not try to solve them directly. In the end , after everything fails, the girl gathers up her strength and directly confronts the Kappa and asks him to stop. Surprisingly, he does stop. This shows that avoiding problems will not solve them, it is easier to try to solve them directly than to depend on others to do everything for you.
