Your bumper is very aesthetic. It looks very good and looks aggressive. Overall really great. I only have two comments - use a welding primer spray. Also inside. Moisture gets in through leaky welds and the bumper can rot from the inside when you least expect it. Second thing - the bumper is very close to the lamps. One hit, it doesn't even have to be strong, just a brush against a rock, and your bumper will still break your lamp. But overall, very nice work and nice to watch.
Glad to see you back, you tube has been a bit boring, since you took a sabbatical 😂.if landrover couldn't get it level in the factory, , you are only improving the brand. Love the content, keep off road Tim 👍
The bar design really suits the disco front end. I lime that it's not sitting too high and trying to look aggressive and tough. I would have made the rope horns horns removable to reduce attention from authorities. For the kits, it looks like it's possible to ditch the grill cut-outs, bycropping those plate corners off. Overall nice work and tha ks for sharing
Sick bro, but yea like you said would look sick without the loops but i understand the point of them...... after breaking two of my indicators now haha.
Nice work. Any idea what it ended up weighing? Have fit thought about bracing it back to the arch loops? With a bolted connection (hard to make it look nice I guess) so the bumper can still come off?
Was there a consideration of making the winch tray bolt together. Instead of weld. Using m16 10.9 tensile bolts? Nothing wrong with welding it just a thought for those who may not have access to a welder or the knowledge of welding.

good skills, and good production. i feel like your really cooking with gas now! welcome back.
cool result! get a 50mm length of shs to sleeve your tube, weld a nut/bolt so it wont move and use it as a flat surface for your angle finder

Nope ahah, welding gives a much cleaner look and the wings need fabricating and welding in anyway
Where did you get the formers from, I've got the same bender and looking to upgrade formers
I’m using the stock TLP formers, they do the trick nicely!
Hi Tim my name is Nick I live in the Ashburton area I also have a discovery 1 mine is a 1995 3.9v8
