I love the offhand remarks at the end of these kinds of sufferfests. Steve is like "Yeah I could do another 7b, whatever". Pete said the same thing after rope soloing El Cap: "If there had been a few more pitches, I guess I would have done those too."
Damn fine film, we need more of this!
Top effort, as a slightly aging climber I get super psyched when I see the likes of Steve and the older legends still pull it out the bag.

How many 5.10 blancos is Steve hoarding from us!?
Still never ties 'em.
Is it just me or does Niall Grimes look like he could be Will Bosi's dad?
Holy cow Steve's a monster, but Hayden's try hard was so impressive and inspiring, he was just not going to let go
Really enjoyed the side by side footage . Great video. Could we possible get some 7’s???😅
A great show of sport in the Peak
Flippin brilliant
Great video mate.. I bet Steve wa chuffed climbing with the legend that is H
Has nothing on my 'One 8a in a lifetime' challenge though..
Niall is a joy to listen to!
Came for the climbs, stayed for the tunes
What has Steve got in his massive but seemingly super light rucksack?
Good effort lads
Maybe a 7x7 for me next season. Or 8x8x8(days)...doubt it.
top stuff
Wow!
Does Steve Mac not like tying his shoe laces? And white ankle socks on an 8a+ :) ??
He really doesn't. He said in an interview that he only ties them when doing something hard... He did Rainman without tying them. What a legend!
most 8s ever climbed in a day with socks!
