Come Again is a fantastic song by the Damn Yankees that you would love watching their video as it shows off the immense talent of all the members of this supergroup…
Some of the best rock ballad harmonies ever. Tommy Shaw and Jack Blades went on to do some acoustic sets for a while after this. Everything Tommy Shaw does is gold. Legend.
You, young man, always get “it” with songs. You are so smart, seem sweet and I really enjoy and appreciate your reactions! ☮️❤️🎼 My fav Damn Yankees song is Comin of Age.
Super group Uncle Ted Nugent. Lead guitar Jack Blades. Vocals/ Bass Tommy Shaw Vocals / Guitar Michael Cartellone. Drums **Jack was in Night Ranger Tommy was in Styx Ted appears courtesy of Ted Michael was playing with Tommy
I was lucky enough to see these guys live while I was in basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina the summer of 1993. It was so fun and a nice break from all the training. By far, one of my favorite concerts. The drill sergeant kept calling them Yankee Doodle because he wasn’t sure their actual name. 😂😂
This is the All-Star team of rock. The amount of talent here is insane. Hope you’ll also check out some more Jack Blades/Night Ranger. Their song Don’t Tell Me You Love Me is 🔥
I HAVE SEEN THIS BAND PERFORMANCE YEARS AGO AT THE KING STREET PALACE IN CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA. IT WAS SO LOUD THAT MY EARDRUMS WERE VIBRATING AND MY HEAD OF HAIR STARTED VIBRATING. GREAT CONCERT PEOPLE!!!
Damn Yankees were a super group formed from very successful guys who were in other very successful groups. I remember when this song came out, I was in middle school. It was a big time middle school dance jam.
Tommy Shaw (Styx), Jack Blades (Night Ranger) got together with Ted Nugent and created this band. They made some really solid rock songs. Considered a supergroup of sorts. Styx & Night Ranger were both in the midst of a break and uncertain if either band would get back together. Drummer Michael Cartellone formed the band and they rocked a couple of albums. Styx and Night Ranger eventually got back together and Ted Nugent was always a solo act and went on to do what he does.
I caught these guys live back on I believe the only tour they did. It was magic. All legendary pro's and they did an hour and 45min set where they played a bunch of their respective hits with their other groups. Absolutely one of the best shows I've ever seen.
I've loved this song since my best friend and I utterly failed to master the high harmony as Jr. High school girls. It's just too high!! Both impressive and slightly terrifying.
This group is really good. Thanks for sharing. check out Alice Cooper. teenage frankenstien, poison. The group Poison is really good too. nothin but a good time. Something to believe in.
They only have two albums but what's there speaks for itself. This "SUPERGROUP" got together, and Tommy asked what name they should use and Uncle Ted said, "I don't know about you, but we look like a bunch of Damn Yankees" Tommy my man 🤩 When I was in my truck this album was playing😎
Finally someone reacts to Damn Yankees. Check out come again (official video)and don't tread (live). They are a super group with Tommy Shaw, Jack Blades,Ted Nugent and Michael Cartellone. Yes please do more you won't be disappointed.
Jack Blades is the bass player from Night Ranger - Sister Christian, Don't Tell Me You Love Me, You Can Still Rock In America, Four In The Morning Tommy Shaw is the acoustic guitar is from Styx - Too Much Time On My Hands, Come Sail Away, Renegade, Blue Collar Man, Lady, Babe, Mr. Roboto (
Damn Yankees...Ted Nugent-guitar, Tommy Shaw-vocals and guitar {Styx}, Jack Blades-vocals and Bass {Night Ranger}. Check out.... Mister Please...BANGER Dirty Dog...........BANGER Don't Tread on Me Coming of Age
Uncle Ted Nugent as priest is too much then and now.great choice Shon. I'm 57 and no way ,no how any one can't take me high enough.....fly me over yesterday 😢
The Music industry paid these Damn Yankees millions of dollars not to sing anymore because they were blowing away all of their young talent. Couldn't have that. Uncle Ted and the guys said OK with us and they all lived happily there after.
They are being chased by the law because they are robbing stores. Damn Yankees have some great tunes. This isn't even one of their better songs. Other cool tracks to check out: •"Don't Tread On Me" •"Come Again" •Silence Is Broken" •"Fifteen Minutes Of Fame"
Formed in 89... a more 80s band at the end of the Big Hair band era with some hits early 90s. Once Grunge came in... seemed to signal the 80s sound was to be Grunge more and also some groups just could not keep it together long enough and hit it big and ..... We saw it with a few groups... hit it big and fell apart. A group like Berlin already split after a long run before they actually had their hit song from the Top Gun movie yet did get a video out and sort of makes no sense to struggle so long and falls apart.
A supergroup put together from the bands Styx ,Night Ranger and Ted Nugent sorry my bad I'm not sure about the drummer. But they worked very well together had a number of good songs. Years later shaw and Blades came out with an album on their own doing cover songs also very good
They really formed this group a few years too late. This was a hair band/glam band formed at the time grunge was breaking out as the rock music for the younger generation and I feel like that's why they didn't last that long. This band in the mid 80's would have likely been off the charts successful.
You have to do Come again the song is fantastic and the video is outstanding. This is a two album super group with Tommy Shaw from STYX on guitar and lead vocals, Jack Blades from Night Ranger on Bass and lead vocals. Michael Cartellone on drums who went to Lynryrd Skynyrd after this band and Ted Nugent on lead guitar. Both albums were outstanding but grunge rock ended the band.
Super group 🤘❤️. You can play the game , which one dont belong🤭🤭🤭 uncle ted was an added bonus, but by no means was he a soft rock dude or as folks call hair bands. Ted is a rock god guitarist🤘❤️
Damn Yankees - Coming Of Age (Official Video) ua-cam.com/video/vCXYxGFbsBs/v-deo.htmlsi=BrEraEypNRL6uMtY they where paid a 1 million dollars from there record label to not make a 2nd album because the 90s decade was happing and grunge music was taking over and the hair bad music was going out
This is one of my favorite songs! In the video, the man and woman are robbing stores and I'm going to guess maybe killed people since the police lit up the house the man ran to and the woman was not only jailed but was heading to execution at the end, evidenced by Uncle Ted as the pastor giving her final prayers. Damn Yankees had so much talent on board!
The video is so corny...lol Their vocals are AMAZING! They are a group from a few different groups.. Ted Nugent Tommy Shaw from Styx I can't remember the other guys name, but he's from Night Ranger
"Come Again" is my favorite song of theirs - check it out (it rocks a lot harder than this power ballad). I'm a huge Styx fan. You really liked "Lady" almost a year ago, so it's time you did another Styx song. I'll suggest a Tommy Shaw song, "Crystal Ball" (either studio or live on the "Return To Paradise" tour in 1996).
The plot of the video is obviously modeled after "Bonnie and Clyde". If you have not seen that movie or documentaries on the true-life story, you might be interested. I have been to the spot by the side of the road in northern Louisiana where Bonnie and Clyde were gunned down by a police hit-squad with orders to kill-on-sight.
This band has nothing to do with the NEW YORK YANKEES . Tommy Shaw was from Chicago-based STYX, Jack Blades from San Francisco/Southern Cal-based NIGHT RANGER, and Ted Nugent, originally from MICHIGAN, wisely moved to TEXAS. Actually, lots of former northern - based famous singers/musicians moved SOUTH. They got tired of being taxed to death.
1st time seeing damn Yankees? They got put as headliners for a bad company concert because stevie ray Vaughn died the week before. 😢 I had no clue who they were. Next year I saw them and bad company opened up for them. 😅
Ted Nugent is a total badass! Very talented guitarist 🎸 To this day his solo still give me the chills 🧊 He's also the priest they show at the very end. Pay attention
Killing hundreds of animals for fun, does not make you a badass at all. In my book, it makes you kind of a huge coward. Don't mean to be offensive, but I find Ted Nugent to be extremely offensive whenever he has the opportunity.
Come Again is a fantastic song by the Damn Yankees that you would love watching their video as it shows off the immense talent of all the members of this supergroup…
Oh yeah my favorite!! Awesome tune!!
Runaway is a good one too
Some of the best rock ballad harmonies ever. Tommy Shaw and Jack Blades went on to do some acoustic sets for a while after this. Everything Tommy Shaw does is gold. Legend.
The guitarist playing the solo on the black and white striped guitar is Ted Nugent
woah i totally missed that . thanks.
Yeah, too bad
You, young man, always get “it” with songs. You are so smart, seem sweet and I really enjoy and appreciate your reactions! ☮️❤️🎼
My fav Damn Yankees song is Comin of Age.

In opinion the most beautiful love song. Roberta's voice and emotions on point

One of my all time top 10 favorites. I could and have listened to this over and over.

I used to go to Aqua Fest (now ACL Live) in Austin, TX every single year. This was the last band I saw live. ❤ Great song!
"Where You Goin' Now" is my favorite Damn Yankees song. I would love to hear you react to it.
I hate when the videos have nothing to do with the song! But it's one of those songs when it came on the radio, you had to sing along, loudly 😊
Do "Come again" next, I love when Uncle Ted comes out always laugh
You're on a good path! Jealous of people getting 1st listen today that I had many yrs ago, fun to watch!
