Just got mine in today after waiting a year! Got white g10, red liners hollow pins and thumb ramp. I'm really digging it. It's tough to appreciate how thick the spine is unless you have it in your own hands.
I totally agree and thanx for the comment. It's such a beast of a blade and chops so well. I just traded my junglas for a much smaller blade cause the 3 does the job even better. And of course I got a pre order in for a Crusader..lol
I really like that technique for making feather sticks, I’ll have to try that. The Bravo 3 is a awesome blade. The more I handle it the more nimble it gets.
Most definitely. This way of feather making is so much easier especially for a large blade. Not sure why one would want to do it the other way, unless of course your muscles are strong as F@#$ and it doesn't fatigue your wrist if course. I discovered this method and use it now with all my blades.
Best big knife ever made ..... All there 3v surpass all knives far beyond comparison... in my opinion. And I have 30 thousand dollars in old and new customs. There are alot of good knives on the market, but Mr. Stewart is the king 🤴
Have you looked into any alternate sheaths? I put a few D rings on mine for cross chest carry. I wish i could carry it everyday but theres no way to conceal it lol..i picked up the brkt 3v puukko to team up with it. It replaced my f1xb for edc.
I just got mine in last week from my KSF pre-order. Orange scales, brass pins, rampless, and spear point. And I have to say, the spear point on these guys is awesome. Thanks for sharing yours. How does the Bravo III stack up against your Survivor? I missed the boat on those and am still kicking myself over it.
I get ur trying show off the knife's capabilities but since the "bushcraft" & "survival" craze has taken over most guys think knives were, are meant for "batoning" , chopping... Early settlers, pioneers 100% did NOT use their knives for either batoning, or chopping.. all them either used saw, or an axe... what took you 10 minutes to chop thru that piece wood , would take 30 seconds with a saw...
@@Aaron-pb5xy .... yea... even more reason as to why they would never attempt use knives like an axe.. in addition that knives were used as forks up until middle 1700's

Early settlers had weaker steel
