As someone thats been on multiple trips there, I can confidently say that it is 100% worth the hype. Love everything about the place. Also doesn't hurt that I shot my first and only under par round out there just a couple months ago.
I have played there a couple times, but it has been a few years now. Top notch course from start to finish!! Great staff as well!! And one of my favorite logos in golf!! I live in middle Georgia so hopefully I can back over there again in the near future.
Great course and truly one of my favorites but after listening to pursell junior drone on and on with humble brag after humble brag makes me not want to go back. All this stuff about it being a family friendly place and how cool it must be for us regular folk to meet the people with the names on the gate… not to mention it costs about $250/round
hmmmmmm.I played it last year and it only cost me $89. for the round. Of course that was the rate they charge after aerating but when I played it had been two weeks after it was done and the greens were back in fine shape by then.
I vote a solid, unequivocally, 100% YES! It is definitely worth playing.
