    I love your videos. I have really fine hair as well and it's hard to find hair tutorials for the styles I want that work with my hair type. A lot of places say if you have fine hair you should just keep it short. Not you! You're my hair goals.

    A great video that I can relate to since I've got a very similar hair type to yours. I've been running into few of these problems so this video definately made a few things clear for me.
    I've only got óne little minor thing that bothered me a tiny bit: the denim of the jacket you were wearing and the denim of the jacket the mannequin was wearing just didn't really work for me together.
    Besides that, this video was once again perfect. Looking forward to the next one! 💙

    Hi Robin, I just subscribed to your channel and it has some really interesting and cool stuff. Keep it up! I am a 23 year old guy, who up till a few months ago always hated the fact that I had wavy/curly hair, and did many things such as straightening, or leave it as short as possible from the top not to expose the fact that I have curls and waves. I had a sudden change of thought 2 or 3 months ago, and I decided to embrace my hair texture. For the past 2 months, I have decided to grow out the top side of my hair as i realised the longer it is, the more the curls gain a beautiful texture. However, I definitely want to keep the sides as short as possible, maybe a 'zero' or a 'one', probably a 'one', and maybe faded up as the the sides go up, but the top still needs to grow out a bit more.
    What would you suggest? Would you maybe consider posting a video for tips to people with wavy & curly hair in the future, or maybe you already have a video for which is similar and I haven't came across it yet? Thanks :)

    Definitely a helpful video. I was just wondering what to do with my hair yesterday after having it cut 3 weeks ago. Then I gave up and went for a haircut. I feel like as the hair gets longer I waste a lot more time and product to style it and also cause more damage to the hair by doing so.
    UGHH the struggle is real.

    I don't mean to be rude because I love your videos, but your hair looks great the way it is. your sides lay down really nicely and they seem to be really cooperative. my problem is that I am too stubborn to get a haircut any more often than every 2-3 months. and my sides sick straight out because my hair is so straight and thick. it doesn't do what I want it to do. what do you recommend?

    • @ManForHimself
      @ManForHimself  8 років тому

    Robin, I do have a question. I have very fine, thin and light hair. I'm struggling to find a product that can hold my hair up, when I add lots of volume with a blowdryer. Wax just seems to fall down. I need something that will perhaps harden it? I don't want to ues hair spray every day. I used to have spikes and water/blowdryer did the job...but now its a nightmare!

      Robin, I do have a question. I have very fine, thin and light hair. I'm
      struggling to find a product that can hold my hair up, when I add lots
      of volume with a blowdryer. Wax just seems to fall down. I need
      something that will perhaps harden it? I don't want to ues hair spray
      every day. I used to have spikes and water/blowdryer did the job...but
      now its a nightmare!

      Hey! I think it's just because I've matured slightly. This is my job, so I take it seriously. When I started, I was a lot younger. Hopefully you still enjoy them though.

      Robin James well I only do that because I've never had a short hairstyle but I've tried the undercut and just haven't been back yet to trim it up. But it's $22 for me, is that a normal price?

      You should also make a video about face shapes and what looks good with what

      I never really look at shapes, I just experiment with cuts and styles.

      @billclitton5863 8 років тому +1

      Dont even try. You wont get your desired style. Just buy a blowdryer theyre not that expensive.

      +MoonStone look it up. Look for words like Ceramic, Ionic and etc and high wattage

    • @billclitton5863
      @billclitton5863 8 років тому

      MoonStone look for one with a nozel, a medium and cold setting and thats about it. Should be around 40 bucks.
