1.21 is currently an A tier update in my opinion. If mojang doesnt stress like they did with 1.17 then I see the next few years being great for minecraft, its community and even the devs
I think since they got all that world generation out of the way its only smooth sailing from that point. I assume they’re not so stressed and overwhelmed by the start of development for 1.21 which is very awesome
I would probaly change some of the existing mobs a bit. "Camels should be able to carry villagers" "Pandas harvest bamboo" "Frogs drop frog legs for jump boost potions, rabbit foots are now used for luck" "Polar bears hunt hostile mobs" "Sniffers drop moss, torchflower gives light, pitcher pod gives new dye type based on the old cloth colors" "Goats drop mutton"
I agree to pretty much all of your ideas, but the frog leg one. Instead of adding more items with just one use, let the luck/bad luck potions be obtainable by trading with the wandering trader.
1.21 is looking to be a pretty good update. I like how Mojang is doing everything they can to try and make the trial chambers, armadillo, and wolf armor the best they can be. The only real flaw I can see in the update so far is that there isn't much new content outside of the trial chambers. There's the crafter, new copper and tuff blocks, armadillo, and bogged mob. The update could really do with a new weapon or two or a new structure. I'm not sure if we'll get a combat revamp this time around considering that the update is gonna come out in a couple months so I'm keeping my expectations small for this one. Either way though, I love the direction of 1.21. Here's to hoping 1.21 will be an update we all look back on fondly.
Imo, the trail spawned and vault have huge implications for a few old dungeon style structures in particular. Particularly the nether fortress, it already has spawn ears and these new would make an update to this structure (said by the developers at one point before 1.21) really great They could totally make some nether fortress variant for these 2 blocks and a potential nether omen affect or smth would be cool
My personal opinion on why we haven’t seen something like an End Update yet is due to marketing strategies. Mojang is a company after all, and when the Nether Update was released their sales skyrocketed and Minecraft was all people talked about. Mojang knows that an End Update would have a similar impact, boosting sales and popularity, so why haven’t we seen it yet? Because it’s the company’s biggest card to play. If they were to release an End Update while the game was still peaking it wouldn’t have the same effect as it would if it was released during a time when Minecraft was on a decline in players. I think they are purposely dragging out an End Update for as long as possible for marketing purposes while they update the rest of the game, not to mention why would they update a whole new aspect of the game before addressing other things first, we’re still waiting on the Desert, Badlands and Savanna updates not to mention a bunch of the overworld biomes could use some polishing and new additions. Only after these updates I think an end update will happen.
This is definetely something I could see being very true but I wonderhow long they'd be willing to wait to add it. I really hope this isn't the case although it likely could be because an end update is def needed.
Yeah that’s a whole different argument though I’m just looking at what we have received, 100% agree that other aspects of the game need to be updated first but I’ll discuss that in another vid
Hey everyone hope you guys enjoyed! Just a quick reminder that liking the video helps me out a ton and subscribing is completely free ;)

@@doubleoart07 I personally beleive that 1.22 will be an even bigger update than 1.21, kickstarting the popularity of Minecraft

Honestly all great ideas
Ilamas should also be able to carry villagers for easy villager transport.

All really great ideas, there simple buy they make the gameplay just feel more complete

It also has something to do with the end being much harder to update.
the armadillo wolf armor and wolf variants and the ability to dye the armor has been switched to being in 1.20.5 :)
Really awesome feature so happy to finally have it in game 🙏
I mean, I won’t lie the update is fine and some of the stuff is really cool. But what most of the community including me wants a end update

@@TechbotHimself yeah, the mace is really cool. And I like the amour trims. I give the update so far 8/10
