Andy Timmons has captivated fans for nearly 3 decades, beginning with his work with the band Danger Danger. Since then he has released a long list of solo records, performed on two records with Kip Winger, a handful with Simon Phillips, as well as a couple with Ted Pearce. IMO, *RESOLUTION* is a timeless/eternal album.. will cherish as my most favorite albums of all time and will go back to it every once in a while
That tone tho
0:20 I love how the smiles and mouths “aww” when he clams that tap harmonic. Love Andy!
Like a true professional, Andy recovered from a few mistakes on a very challenging song, especially live. People don't realize how tricky this damn song is to play!
Had the same thought... and how he laughs at himself when he screws up a note so if you hadn't heard the song a 100 times you'd have no clue anything went wrong, lol.
@@BrandonVMoore1 maybe as simple as not hearing himself good enough on stage … when soundcheck are done quickly, maybe drum too loud on stage (monitors), etc.. Being 100% accurate on stage while not hearing yourself correctly is a very very big challenge especially when you play music material as Andy’s 🙂
Underrated !!!
Really love this live version
AmaZing player and Tone
Rhapsody in one word
Great master
Mr. Andy Timmons technica is A-mazing! 🔥
Masterpiece
Great playing!
Number one
Not that the whole song isn't perfect but 3:30 to 3:45 has specifically beautiful phrasing. He kills the whole thing from start to finish though. Awesome playing. Thanks for the upload That's Live TV. Great stuff. : )
Niiice. Thank you!
Studio quality recording.
00:19 ?
Handled it like a gentleman.
前の二人ホンマに神様に見えるんやけどw
I thought this song belong to Joe Satriani when i first heard this song on my online music app until see who is playing it and i can see that it exactly Joe Satriani style and song is really really cool.
Unfortunately mistakes are very recognizable and i know how it is hard to play guitar correctly & precisely.
This is him making a rare number of mistakes, and yet it's still a sexual performance.
I mean the guy obviously is great ,but i prefer a sound like keff , when i go to the circus it the magician who steals the show ,the acrobatics are ok
soundboard recordings aren't great for the guitar
Not the exactly best bass player perfomance....
Because this is not a band, he is just a session hired by andy, and the bassist is his own family
