From what I gather, the MV concept is that each girl is in love and obsessed with the boy they're paired with and the boys are dead. It's a crazy awesome concept that fits the lyrics so well! The shots are awesome too! If you go back and watch it knowing about the plot twist, the parts where the girls are clinging to the guys or touching them (like when BM is rapping and Somin is just clinging to him, not moving and when Jiwoo and J.Seph are in front of the mirror) are all the more creepy! lol

The idea is: BM and J.Seph are dead, but Somin and Jiwoo loved them to much, so the can not believe that they lost their loved ones. they pretend that BM and J.Seph are still alive and they are together. Also the lyrics say "Nothing can replace you" "yoe are my only love"

Its just about holding onto a relationship that is dead. The girl sees the relationship as her everything/has this idealized image of the relationship while the boy just wants to move on because he can see how toxic and obsessive it is. There is no love between them anymore but the girl is holding on to this nostalgic image of their love. Even though their love is obvious dead/over she cant let it go.

I LOVE KARD! I like that they went dark again. The being dead part was a surprise but I like the concept. My theory is that the boys were going to leave the girls so the girls murdered them to stay with them forever. I also liked that the girls had polar opposite personalities in their characters. Sumin was the crazy one while Jiwoo was straight laced and calm. I liked that dynamic because it came across in the rooms and the choice of boyfriends too
I like that you can recognize KARD’s style throughout their songs because they have the same sound throughout their song but it differs a little between every song. They also use some of the same choreo moves between songs too so you recognized some of the dance moves in this video too.
According to what I have researched about the MV. It's about betrayal and obsession. Jiwoo cheated on J.Seph, which goes the same with Somin and BM. That's why the boys were in a corpse-like state in the latter part of the MV because they felt 'dead' in their relationship. Somin has a line 'I apologize' and goes crazy when BM turned into a corpse signaling that she can't handle losing BM. As to Jiwoo, she and J.Seph just lay on the bed calmly, because she has already accepted the fate of her actions, but she can't lose J.Seph, like Somin. There were scenes like Jiwoo adjusting J.Seph's tie, which symbolizes that Jiwoo keeps on cleaning or fixing their relationship on the outside even if on the inside they've fallen apart already.
Their visuals just slayed me.
The title track ‘You In Me’ is an EDM song with the strong synth and FX sounds on the tropical house style intense drum sounds. The cold voice on the heavy piano sounds on the Break beat, explosive rap and the perfect contrast between the female and male voices at the climax are all in harmony. It described the story of a tragic ending of an extreme love including obsession of distorted love, the climax of emotions and the wrong way of expressing love.
Somin and Jiwoo are too beautiful that it killed BM and J.Seph lol

Long story shory: the actual meaning as far as I know is that the girls are so obsessed with their lovers they couldn't face the fact their lovers would move on so they they killed them to make sure no one would ever have them. The relationship itself was already dead and they couldn't handle that, so the boys were killed (BM by alcohol and Jseph by the food).

Basically, girls are not letting go of relationships that have ended a long time ago. Somin is obsessive type, she's desperately trying to bring back her partner and she's so obsessed that it made her go crazy.
Jiwoo, on the other hand, became more distant after the relationship was over. However, she's sure they are both still in love with each other and does everything they would usually do together (e.g. dining, fixing his tie...) as if they never even broke up.
And boys being dead/not moving thing: This should represent their relationships, that are "dead". They are cold/ice blue because love is gone and they no longer have romantic feelings for girls. This doesn't stop girls from acting manic (Somin) or clinging even more (Jiwoo).

This video made me laugh at shippers really, like I felt like this was them telling us the ships are dead, meaning never really real. The shippers are a bit crazy. I don't think there will ever be any real relationship between the members cause they are professional they have to work together so that would be awkward if one of them broke up, and kard is everything to them so they won't let that happen. and they haven't really known each other that long. KARD is still really new to them as much as it's new for everyone. I hope for the best for KARD and love that each video they bring the same vibes but it's still always something different.

On Somi and BM's relationship Somi abandons BM. When she starts going "crazy" is just that she realized what she did and also regrets it. Both of them are trying to get then back but Jseph and BM didn't take what they did so well so the girls ended up just accepting what they did.
