A song about compulsive, obsessive, codependent relationship with one of the people being insecure, distrustful and having low self esteem. The lengths a person will go through make it keep working. Even after it was over long before it actually ended. Lack of trust, communication and low self worth destroys so many relationships. Particularly when one or both come into the relationship carrying far too much unresolved baggage.
There's no acceptance of the end of the relationship. It's pretty dark, they just keep holding on to the idea of the relationship even though the other person is long gone. There's no closure to the story.
Is about toxic relationship, they can't let go. The guys are dead metaphorically and in reality. "If you're not with me, then you won't be with anyone." 2 type of personality. The chaotic and the calm. They are still holding to them
You In Me is totally a metaphor for a relationship that has died and cannot be revived no matter how hard they try...The girls try and keep the dream alive, but the boys feel dead inside and majorly disconnected... Also, if you think about it...the girls are disconnected as well and in another sense are just going through the motions of a relationship and might well be fully aware the boys have emotionally clocked out of the relationship, but all the girls know at that point is how to be in a relationship and are scared to be left alone...ENMESHMENT! (from both sides of the relationship)... Also, Kard is an awesome group. Great songs, great messages, good dance tunes, songs with real depth...One of my all time faves...The fact that they are an all inclusive group as well and really act like brothers and sisters and family... The fact that the choreo is both feminine and masculine and they all look great doing it...Yin/Yang!...You cannot have one without the other... It really says allot that Kard makes music for everyone to enjoy because at the end of the day good music is good music and we need to come together more as human beings and not make everything so seperate...Especially regarding the K-Pop world... Seperate boy and girl groups are really great, but I like that Kard brings everyone together. 😎😎😎😎
This song is where the guy is done and the girl will not let go, the song from the other way around is Don't Recall, and I like Rumor, where each member of the relationship are influnenced by people outside the relationship
So the song is about a dead relationship. At the beginning of the video the word "apego" is shown. In Spanish and Portuguese this word means attachment. Jiwoo (blonde girl, black dress) knows the relationship is dead, but just ignores it. Somin, on the other hand, doesn't know. And when she realizes the relationship is dead, she freaks out and tries to fix things (the shaving scene). J.seph's solo scene in the bathroom demonstrates that it's the only place he feels free. And for those wondering, BM didn't produce this song. At that time, BM did not produce music for KARD. However, he and J.seph write their own raps. I hope this helps!
Yeah the first time i watched this one, at first i thought they were in an absive/neglectful relationship, but then when the guys were dead i was like "*gasp* so They were the toxic/crazy obsessive ones all along?1" (which would be a really cool dark story overall) but then when i rewatched it i did feel like it's supposed to be a representation of that neglect. Like, they're singing "why are you trying to push me away?" "you are my everything" "why dont you say anything to me?" "I call you like this, you dont answer, I apologize" "Youre the only one i love, i cant let you go" and we see in the video theyre the only ones moving/taking any actions. so it's like theyre the only ones putting in all the effort, doing all the work, even apologizing or creating excuses when things arent working out cuz they cant bring themselves to let go. And the part where Jiwoo is having dinner with him and he's dead almost feels like she might as well be eating alone. There's no warmth in the relationship, no love, no interaction. "till death do us apart" but even then they cant let go, when most people would understand it's over, right?
I literally just bought a ticket for KARD (and others) and need an introduction too as I only know little about them 😊. Thanks for telling that an introduction exists 🎉
THE LOOK IN THE BEGINING! OH You know which song you should watch????? GUNSHOT by KARD! The meaning behind the lyrics and the video is how each of them feel damage or people are damaging specially in the web. SUPER RECOMEND TO LOOK FOR THE LOOKS
There is a song called blossom tears “LYn & leo from vixx” it’s has a pretty good plot twist you should check it out I believe it would be a great one for listen and watch
I always thought it was a metaphor for the toxic fan's how they're always saying they need the kpop idols in their lives. to the point it becomes an obsession and eventually the idols are now just getting to point its normal and they soon just go with the flow of life with obsessed fan's. Basically living in a world with Saesangs are always around.

I'd say the relationship is dead but she's still holding on to it. This is absolutely one of my favourite kard songs! Oldie but goodie
KARD's videos are always interesting. I've enjoyed everything that I've seen so far.

Please react to an introduction to kard or some kard compilation, the members are so funny! "Kard being a chaotic mess" for example
I literally just bought a ticket for KARD (and others) and need an introduction too as I only know little about them 😊. Thanks for telling that an introduction exists 🎉
Fun fact: "Apego" is Portuguese for "Attachment"

Love this one
In the hotel It says APEGO that means attachment in a sense ypu are stuck like a gum and arent letting go
Jeff sataur is realising a show called happy ending you show check out its trailer
I think she rather have dead than walk out of the relationship, that's why she continues to shave him even without any response 🤔
