Honestly, I feel like the MV is quite clear. On a metaphorical level, both the men are dead and the women are holding onto them - like holding onto a dead relationship. Whether it's a relationship where the men are distant and want to break up, or it's a relationship that's already broken/ended. They can't let them go, Jiwoo tries to keep going through the motions of a 'normal' life, like she is trying to ignore the grief, while Somin is delusional trying to pretend the relationship is still happening, and eventually breaks down because she knows the relationship is gone/dead and can't believe it. On a story level, for entertainment in the MV its the story of two psychopathic women whose lovers died (or perhaps they killed) and they cannot let them go because they love them too much. So they keep the bodies and try to pretend they still have them. They still pretend they are with their lovers. With the lyrics of the song, this comes across even stronger - 'the only one I love'. It's them and no one else, even when they're dead. And as someone mentioned earlier, to add to this, Apego means similar to obsessive love. It's attachment, but unable to separate. Clearly, both the girls in the hotel are completely unable to let go of their lovers - whether metophorically or just emotionally/physically. I love the music video. It's so clever and so well executed
