It's important that your work out core training is specific to the sport or style. Not having the proper core training specific to the style is also a problem for many traditional Martial arts today.

Seeing her earlier fights in my opinion, it's not hard to forget her physique from years of being a fitness junkie, while also being an employee at a gym.
She posted 2013 pics of herself on Instagram, being fairly shredded in comparison to some of her opponents. All the years of steady fitness regimens and martial arts training, has prepared her extremely well for her career and title win.

Johanna has no class as a martial artist and she was a shame as ufc champ cuz, she had no respect whatsoever towards her mates and opponents she is just an arrogant fake person to the highest levels who doesnt deserve to wear the belt in any shape of form .
Weili is adoreble and she seems truth to her self and with everybody. I think she is what we can call a true martial artist a champ which , anyone can build up admiration and respect cuz thats whats martial art should be all about .

@Absolutely Dreadful I don't know why everyone rushes these two weight fights now. That should be reserved for people who have cleared out their division. I had no problem with Joanna fighting at 125, because she dominated her division before losing to Rose, and the new division needed a name that they knew wasn't going to hide from Valentine. I had no problem with DC, because their wasn't a real contender at 205, because of him and Jones. Zhang still needs to beat Rose, and Suarez. If she can do that, like Joanna did when she took out the whole top 5 at the time, then she should go for it.

I don't follow any sports and I don't worship any celebrity ....but i've been dying to find out WHO WON.....it's Sunday here in New Zealand but Saturday evening on other side of the world. I hope she kicked Joanna's arse .....she's got such a mouth and chip on her shoulder she needs to get it handed to her.....AGAIN.....China styles.

I truly hope this badass young lady kicks J.J.s ass. Hard work and a great coach will see her thru this. Not to take anything away from J.J., she's a badass too, so this should be a great fight that I don't wanna miss!

It just dawned on me that Weili is basically a younger female Jackie Chan. Not just because they are Chinese. She has a very similar personality mixed with the short muscular build and martial arts background.

Favourite fighter - all rounded with great character - bringing the whole Chinese market in - well done Weili

Thank you Zhang Weill, and Happy New 2020 Year. Joana thinks that she's better than you, but she lose to Rose Namagunes twice. You got this, and win hard, because you're stronger than her. Year 2020 is your time 👍🏻🙏🏼
