Weili is not on Shevchenko level. She still has a lot more to prove. Valentina is already legendary. Long time champion in many martial arts disciplines long before coming to UFC. Now, she’s a UFC champion with 7 defenses. She would definitely school Weili for sure in every aspect of the game.
I would not put Valentina over Wei Li since both have not fought yet. Its OK to express your favorite over the other but you have to consider Wei Li is bo rookie and is a champion. They don't hang out champion belt for the best looking girl or the most popular in the eyes of the public view. It would be amazing to see them going into the cage and start the fist fight.

sure, she's got a "full team" at her disposal ... now that's she's established herself as one of the elite fighters ... but you obviously missed her background story of getting to this stage. Such as working 12 hour jobs, getting a bit of sleep, and then trying to learn and train, all out of her own pocket and hard work. One of her early trainers had previously been with Xtreme Couture, and he said she was the only female in the club, and trained as hard as the guys did, and did everything they did. She also had two separate extremely serious injuries which completely sidelined her for extensive time frames.
With the likes of Nunes, Shevchenko, and now Weili, I don't think we will ever see another female American UFC champion until they retire. I just think the level of hunger that you have to be successful as a foreigner is just unmmatched.
This woman is such a beast, it is hard not to love her. I can't wait to see her fight again.
