Essentially what I got is that she is her brand . Everything she does is apart of her but her personality draws people in to whatever she’s into . I am taking away that what I do isn’t my identity but what I do makes my existence a fun experience and to share that . Don’t get caught up in trying to convince people to become something , show them how you take care of you ! I got some gems as always from your videos 💎

I would have mentioned how she used to have Mondays to showcase small businesses that sent her their products and things. She would try them and then do a live review on them. She did that with her daughter. She would cook with her spatula Sheena. Her schedule got so hectic that she couldn’t do them anymore.
My layer 1 is budgeting. I share how I’m paying off debt, making extra money while working a fulltime job, while also living a life I love like traveling, going out with friends, buying sneakers, but all on a budget that I can afford. I’ve wanted to get into influencing but I really don’t have time to manage multiple pages because I thought that all my passions has to be separated but this video just helped me by figuring out my layers. My overall objective is to inspire people to get out of debt while also living a little and having fun!

Yes I love Tab. There are many of us creatives that one “aspect” of our life influences the other parts of us. No matter what, being authentic is so important. I became a mindset coach only after being a singer/Songwriter, campaigning for the creative middle class. I like letting my audience see how my mindset influences my own creative pursuits.
My layer 1 is freedom/liberation. It’s the main concept behind all of the things that I do/believe in.

I love her… She started off as a actress/comedian so her being so great at creating personalities for her hair and expressing her bright personality through clothing and her country girl lifestyle so good definitely stems from that gift! She also mentioned she went to college for fashion designer and decided acting instead bc she didn’t really like it but now years later she begin to style her own clothes and now all her gifts are making room for her 😃 She turned her pain into purpose which is how she became vegan she was sick and decided to stop eating meat bc the doctors didn’t know how to help her.. reading her book would give a better perspective of how God used her gifts to make room for her I don’t believe it’s a strategy I believe it’s obedience and God opened doors no man or 1,2,3 step process could open. I love your videos but I just notice that a lot of ppl try to find strategy in what God has done for others and when it don’t work for them they get bitter. If you want to flourish follow the bliss and gifts God has for you, trust the process and become through your experience because as she said many think she became famous overnight but for her it’s been over 20+ years in the making...
You're right. I've got to say something else that I think is often not pointed out... she's one of a handful of celebrities that show their real personality and is more than just their talent. No offense to celebrities, but many of them have only mastered how to be great at their talent and not relevant as real people. Kylie Jenner or Channing Tatum... they both are young celebrities that honestly don't connect well beyond what they're known for. But Tabitha is a real, whole person to connect with and that's magnetic.

I would have to say that my first layer is: Creating a beautiful life. My dream is to create a life of financial freedom for myself in which I can continue to learn, create art, and tell meaningful stories. I want to encourage, and grow alongside people who are hungry to learn and better themselves, people who understand that there is abundance, that we can achieve our goals and that we are deserving of beautiful lives.

Layer 1: Singer/Songwriter turned teacher, turned mindset coach. My audience would be people looking to make transformational change in their lives (personal development)by learning to self reflect and adjust habits.
I have been literally thinking - How can I do all the things I do (being a Multipotentialite) in one go in one place at the same time & I knew it was Me that would be the key but the examples that came to mind for me were like The Rock, Kelis, Kevin Hart, Kanye people who niched first then expanded but I tried that (9 yrs deep) but I couldn't do so I was back to square one with not enough or a specific real world examples of what I know was possible & then boom your vid pops up & it did a few times & I was ok let me hear Erin out (don't follow her but she pops up on my feed often enough) & here you are giving EXACTLY what I needed. I watched the video you mentioned (first) then came back here & I swear as you were talking (I love Tabs!!!) I immediately saw how I could use the same 'strategy' as Tabs Brown, like I saw MYSELF & was talking notes a writing it down my layers i paused the video to write & soooo much more came out & then I resumeed to video to hear you said write it down & I was like OMG I'm on the write track!! This is for me, This was lit 🔥 so thank you sooooooo so so so much for this 🙏🏽 I was so much a ease now too. If you have more examples please do more videos. Real examples ALWAYS do better then strategys alone!! 🙏🏽💯❤💫

Yesss omg! I’ve been thinking this & you articulated EXACTLY what has been in my brain. In my mind, layer one is always personality based. If everything builds on your personality, your community will already have a general interest in everything else you pursue b/c they are invested in YOU as a creator. I have been so focused on fitting a niche when in reality, I am my niche. Love the concept of layering! More case studies please. 🤎🤎🤎

Layer one. I love your videos Erin! I am a curly hair stylist and I am the face of my brand but also a person with my own personality myself. I have to attract a clientele similar to me and the only way to do that is by expressing myself as truthfully as I can. Curly hair such a niche, but I hope to grow my channel with my life experiences and everything that goes on daily and in between.

I want to be a lifestyle influencer, but the idea of a niche makes me cringe because I am loading with a bunch of information that I am dying to share with the world. I needed this! I just started my UA-cam journey seriously as of May 2022 when the company I worked for let my whole department go via zoom! On A brighter note, I love sooo much and everyone keepts telling me what to do, but I'm going to do me! I would love to see more videos like this. Very interesting! I'm definitely embracing my personality and weirdness and trying to have more fun in my videos. It's helping me to be more open and excepting of myself oddly. I still struggle to share things but I know my journey will help so many people. I eat a mostly meat diet and it's given me my life back from being super sick. I was thinking I should share more about that even though my channel is about SEO, Website and Marketing stuff. Showing what I eat and giving hope to those wanting to start a business but not sure how to do it with feeling super sick all the time.
