HOW TO EDIT LIKE DYLAN FURST (@fursty) | MOODY LANDSCAPE lightroom editing tutorial
Вставка
- Опубліковано 4 жов 2024
- In this tutorial I show you how to edit the moody landscape style that photographer Dylan Furst (@fursty) achieves in his travel and landscape photographs. I breakdown the lightroom edit and develop it into a preset which can be applied to all photos to make your shots nice and moody as well.

I love how to say how you say which number you raise the bar to. It can be so difficult to see without having to expand the video to full screen. Thank you for your good work!
so far, the best lightroom tutorial I ever seen on youtube. Tons of thanks!
best tutorials
This is awesome! easy and straight forward!
I have been photographing for many years now (I'm not ancient though, just slightly older than you are probably) but have never really been into Photoshop, never really liked 'making' photos postprocess but instead I always tried to capture as 'perfect' pictures as I could with my camera. Only using my camera to make good images was a sporting challenge and always fun (and as an amateur I learned a lot that way).
But now I feel that I wish to take the next step, step up my game, become more artistic and creative with my photos. I have not bought Lightroom yet, just been looking around on youtube and sort of researching and discovering all the amazing photo styles that can be utilized through Lightroom. And I stumbled across your channel.
Since you are still a small youtuber I wanted to take my time to tell you that I so far think that you are a genuine person with some good tutorials and inspirational content.
So I guess I just wanted to say that you just earned a new sub and that I hope that you will keep doing what you do. I have only seen this one youtube clip, but you seem like a nice guy, so keep up the good work, I'll stick around hoping to learn a few things from you :)
Cheers!
I'm your 8888 sub btw ;)
The ''HOW TO EDIT LIKE ''series is a Very good idea !!!!! i love it !!!

@eljackson or @haylsa I can't figure out the color tones of each... looks like @eljackson uses cool colors in the shadows, maybe?
Really great concept of showing how other photographers get their look, not only by giving a preset but by really showing what they do and how. You're pulling this off great! Would be cool if you tries Shortstache, big on instagram and a hard to copy style.

Saw you've got a folder about GiuliGartner. I love her style too and planning about going in the dolomites! What about a video on that?
you are amazing brother 😍😍😍🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏🙏
thanks my man!
Loved the tutorial but one thing I always wonder about all these "dark moody desaturated landscape shooters"(boy that's long) is what lenses they usually use.
Most of the time the pictures have a person or a car in frame which looks small but sometimes it's clearly a wide angle, sometimes it's not, so I wonder what these guys usually like to shoot with lens-wise.
Nice videos man! Can you do @monaris please !!
Awesome job as always! Great tutorial! Maybe next @doyoutravel? =)
Can you do a Annie Leibovitz style? I know she's not an instagram celebrity but she's one of the best ever. And congrats on the channel, it's awesome
