just done the hireview assessment for the BBC Production Apprenticeship. The questions were: 'tell us about a BBC programme, podcast, radio show etc, what you like about it and why it appeals to an audience. make it relevant to your placement' and 'tell us more about you and why you're applying for this apprenticeship at the bbc' Only 2 questions at 1:30 minutes with 4 retries each I believe. I hope this helps someone!
Hey I applied for the exact same thing and did my video interview today and the questions were exactly these thank you so much for this comment this was a massive help!

Yes the tips are very usefool. What are they good for if the project is not completed in time due to other risk? How can a certificated person can be recognized worldwide.. and demasq the real level of applied science? Is that my shame or the line of "professional unskilled " and underdeveloped shame? The writing level, the quality of solving and understanding the situation. Why would someone want to work with semi-illiterates after finishing a higher education?
Just did Hirevue video questions for BBC apprenticeships, they only gave me one minute to answer each question. Hopefully I did well but really not sure. 1 minute isn’t enough time to fully explain your answer I felt.
I just submitted mine, I was out of breath at the end of the second question from trying to cram in as much as I could into my Minute and a half answer!
How long until you found out if you was accepted to the apprenticeship?...I have completed the final part of the interview stage but that was many weeks ago and still no response
Okay that covers all the material from leaderships and HRM. I have to correct you in multitasking they expect to answer things like doing more job task at the time For instance having phone calls, reply different emails, working at the promotion slides and not at the school-work flexilbility. And to be honest, about weakness in SWOT ...if they want to hear the truth than thay will never hire that person. You know what I mean? We need to research more weakness in order to lie better and be credible better. Mc Munnn is good in giving examples of weakness during interview but is not all the time that they fit in that frame work. Because if you use the video only for guidelines and you are a constructor, you can not say that your weakness is tolerance and people take you for granted because the tolerance have to do with intellectual stress, not with hand jobs. But as a constructor you can say something opposite to your strengh and afterwards shape it grammaticaly in a pleasant way.

What sort of questions were you asked and was this for the 3rd stage after the situation quiz? Thanks
Hi, thank you for the video! I was wondering which psychometric test does the BBC use for its business higher level apprenticeships?

@@Potencyfunction I haven't had a response from BBC since then so I guess didn't make it.... completely forgot about the job tbh
