The way you pronounced the "V" in invite reminded me of Star Trek IV, with Chekov asking where to find certain vessels. ;p Cool city though, reminds me of St. Paul, Minnesota.

I never kno you are from Vladivostok it is my favourite city there I used to dream of sailing there from Sandiego then over to Alaska thing is the time it will be worm and nice is allso when it's not best to be sailing in the Pacific with a small sailboat like mine as so much storm activities thanks for sharing nice little tour of the city looks so nice be cool to see your travel if on the plane or train and you look beautiful as allways

Can I answer as a professional builder? We build all year round, only in cold weather it is a little more expensive, because it is necessary to arrange special measures for the concrete mix, for example, such as heating the formwork, anti-freeze additives, starting the heating systems before finishing work... But completely stopping construction for the winter will still hit the budget harder! 😁 Especially in those regions where winter is longer than summer.😁
