I always thought you had to add a shellac layer over the collagraph plate to seal everything before printing. But I see you don't do this - is there a reason why? Thankyou
I don’t do editioning, as I prefer to print only a couple of prints and then move to the next project. I would use shellac if I wanted to preserve the plate

I used acrylic medium but wood glue is good too
