    Nice to find a binder that's safe for exercise! I need one for kickboxing, but I never bought one because most binders aren't exercise-safe.

    I've always been a bit worried about chest binders as they can cause problems, especially for those with a larger cup size, but as mentioned it's important to manage your expectations, remember it's ok to not be flat, and above all else make sure you feel comfortable.

    There are other options for menstruation products.
    There are also "cups", and "period underwear".

    This seems amazing. I wish I was able to get one. It would be tons easier fit school and other things. Unfortunately my cousin needed time sneak me one and I’m not going to make me and her go through that stress again. It seems like a great product though!

    Would you mind sharing us about your mother finding out about the binders, freaking out. I'd really like to know how your family got to accept you and respect your identity, especially coming from a religious place. (Only do this if comfortable tho!)

    Hey ^^ I wanted to know if there an international mark who sell binder. Like in every country or almost every country and who have stores and shops. Because I’m still a minor and I can’t command it online since I’m not out yet and my parents control what I’m buying on internet. Thanks for the people who’ll answer

    • @miaulink1152
      @miaulink1152 Рік тому +1

      IDK any regular shops, but I wonder if you could order a binder on a library computer, or contact someone to get them to buy you a binder and send it directly to you, or to an alternate location like a PO box or a friend's house. If any friends you have are not aware, you could potentially tell them it's something else that it's not. you could pay the person who ordered the binder back though (in the USA anyways) a mail order check sent through the postal service. You can pay for those in cash at the PO, and I imagine many countries have similar options, though I could be wrong.

    • @charleysdailylife
      @charleysdailylife Рік тому +1

      @@miaulink1152 oh ! That’s actually a good idea but I don’t have many friends who can do that without being suspected by their parents too or anything like that but I will try to ask ^^ thank you very much

      @@charleysdailylife You're welcome! I hope it works! I think a lot of sites offer discreet packaging, which could help a little bit. And if you have Walmart and they sell binders (I think they do, just online), I just realized you can order online, pay in store with money or card, then it will be shipped to your walmart where you can pick it up. IDK how good the sizing is tho.

      @@miaulink1152 hey ! I just wanted to thank you so much because thank to you I have now a binder !

      @@charleysdailylife You're welcome! I'm glad you have a binder now! That friend is really nice. Take care of yourself, and have an awesome day! If you need help with stuff like this in the future, feel free to reach out to me and I will try my best to help. I'm generally fairly good at listening to ideas, or bouncing ideas off walls if someone else doesn't have any/many, so long as I get a notification of a message occurring by UA-cam or whatever contact method. I spend like 10-50% of my time scheming ways around parental things related to the fact that I'm in the closet, so if it's closet-related stuff, I can probably be most helpful there. Good luck!

      You can also make one with a sports bra! Spread out your sports bra and flatten it, front side up. Make yourself a pattern by tracing around the flattened sports bra onto paper (tape some sheets together or use wrapping paper, a deconstructed paper bag, etc), add about a 1/2 inch seam allowance around your tracing and then cut it out. Find some spare non-stretchy material - doesn’t matter what it is but should be breathable - set your pattern on top of your fabric and trace around it onto your material (yes, just the top - you’re creating an inner panel for your bra). Fold under your seam allowance on the fabric, iron if needed, and then pin it to the wrong side of your bra (folded side facing the bra’s inside front). Hand or machine sew it in place, creating a panel inside your sports bra. It won’t be perfect, but it should work for now! Hugs from this proud mama of a trans teen. You are awesome, just the way you are.
