Will, yes you are so blessed to have Gary and Harlene as your parents. But, all "three" of you are legendary. My favorite treasure you found was the Cosmo brand frame.
21:39 I had one of those clear glass tea pots years ago...the late 80s. I ordered it from the Williams Sonoma mailer that was always a delight to look through (whoa...what a ride in the WAY BACK machine there!) This was when Chuck Williams (the late) was still working at the biz he started. I just wanted to say that mine was similar, made in Poland, but didn't have the unusual handle. But they are fragile and the infuser that fits in the middle broke easily on mine. I contacted WS about it and they sent me an entirely new pot and infuser, (great customer service.) But sadly the next infuser broke again. I didn't bother contacting WS & kept both pots for some time, but then donated at least one pot at some point...I think maybe one of the pots got damaged? Thought I'd just share that little "blast from the past" with you and agree, those clear glass pots are not generally very good for resale.👍😊
Yep...live in Md..,the Naval Academy is in Annapolis. Haven't visited there in years. Might have to get over there and do their tour sometime. The grounds are beautiful and pristine, of course!
22:25 I think the applied decoration on the glass here may have been done using adhesive backed vinyl cut on a Cricut or other brand cutting machine? I have one and they are great fun, but the vinyl is not gonna hold up for long term on glassware that's used regularly and forget putting them in the DW. Best to hand wash.
New subscriber. 😊 enjoyed the show. Shocked a bit at the state of the stored in comparison to other areas of the country. Glad you found treasures on your adventures.😊
Will i think you need to make up shirts that say "Its a hoot" and " I'm lookin" LOL My Goodwill in California will sell you something without the tag. it depends on the manager i guess. you are right will "Singing in the Rain" one of the best musicals ever! i also love "Kiss me Kate" I love Hark Rock Cafe. they really have great food. I have pins from all over.. probably not worth anything but the memories.
