You popped up in my recommendeds just in time! I was going to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a ore-made board from a deli!! I cancelled the order and am heading to Aldis and Trader Joe’s tomorrow!!!! Bless you! I subbed immediately ❤️
This truly makes me so happy to hear! There is nothing I love more than saving some money making something beautiful yourself! I hope you loved the end result and your board came out amazing :) Thank you so much for subscribing!
Absolutely Awesome! ❤️Not sure if someone mentioned already but don't cut all the way thru the brie. Cut thru top skin and lift off leaving a well to hold your jam/honey.
Thank you so much for watching & for sharing such a great tip! This tip is especially helpful for honey since it does have a tendency to leak. I've had pretty good luck with jams inside my brie but this will definitely help many :)
Yes I do the same. Its helps if you tilt your knife ie keep it at an angle then cut the top very slowly and carefully. Voila the top comes off and you have a hollow to fill with what ever you like.
I was just going to suggest maybe slicing a third of the brie off first and then using the cookie cutter on the other two thirds, then you could put the one third that whole back underneath the piece with the cut out to create a pocket. Idk if that made sense. Lol. But it's what I'm going to try when I make one of these for Thanksgiving.
Will be having a "Chili Supper" in November for some friends, and I'm thinking about doing a "Charcuterie Board" similar to this one. I think it would go well with Chili!!!! Off-Topic, you have such pretty skin. Are you Hispanic?!
So cute and you are super talented !!! Not everything that IS bougie needs to cost it 😂 I mean, I would fall in love with ANY of your charcuterie boards ❤
Great videos. I can't wait for the holidays to use your Suggestions. We have traditions that go all the way back to 1910. My gramma and grandpa. Sicily and Naples. We are going to be so busy these holiday
Oh my gosh I don't know how I came across your channel but for the past 24 hours I've been binge watching all of you charcuterie boards..... I couldn't tell you the amount of money I have spent on professionally made charcuterie and your look better than all of the ones i order .... I can't wait to fall comes because I'm going to try to create this charcuterie board myself... Thank you so much for the great ideas and tips
omg! Thank you so much for sweet words and for watching! That truly makes me so happy to hear how helpful they have been to you!! I truly understand how expensive they can get but I hope you never have to again! 💕It's pretty amazing what you can create when you have a little fun so I hope all of your future charcuterie boards comes out absolutely beautiful and you love them! 😊 There is no limit to what you can create! 💖
Another delicious, gorgeous 😍 looking board. Is there something you could suggest inplace of the red meat...I can't eat that? Where were the apples and pears?
If you dry roast all the nuts in the oven or stovetop they taste gorgeous. I make a mixture of salt, cayenne, black pepper and teeny bit of brown sugar. I sprinkle this on top of the hot nuts and toss to combine. You get a nutty, savoury, sweet taste all at once.
OMG I absolutely LOVE LOVE this... I am learning how to create these boards and getting ready for a Moms-giving party. And I am really happy I came across your video. This is so BEAUTIFUL and definitely inspired me to make a fall theme board... NEW SUB =)
Thank you SO much for your support! It is truly appreciated! Charcuterie boards are so much fun! They best part is that one can never really mess up too badly because it's going to be delicious no matter what! haha Hope your board came out absolutely beautiful :)
I filled the brie with honey and then we used a cheese knife to cut the brie and enjoy it with the crackers on the board along with the honey :) For easier serving, you can always fill the brie with something else so that the honey does not leak. As we cut into the brie the honey did start to leak. Anything with a thicker consistency would work great, like an apricot jam or a fig jam. Even pomegranate seeds look really nice inside for the holidays. Hope this helps! :) Feel free to let me know if you have any questions!
I just found your channel and have been binge watching these Charcuterie videos. Love your content! I have a question what do you use to wrap your boards with if your traveling with the boards like taking them to a party or giving them as a gift? Thanks in advance for answering my question. God Bless!
Loved the board how ever tried the fall leave cookie cutter in the Brie - failed ! How in the world did you not get the Brie to stick alll on the cookie cutter ?!!! The Brie started splitting and became a huge mess . Brie came directly out of frig too ? In addition how did you keep the honey in the Brie cut out ?! It just seeped out everywhere . Ugh . Need some detailed instructions, what went wrong ? 😢
This looks so festive and beautiful! Can I please ask, how many people you served with this tray and how big the tray was. I’d love to duplicate this soon. 🍁
Thank you so much! I used a round board that was 17 inches in diameter. We were a party of about 10 people and we all were able to enjoy from the board! We had very little left so it was perfect for us. If you have a larger party and the charcuterie will be the only appetizer, you may want something a little larger or another appetizer to enjoy with it :) Hope it comes out beautiful!
Thank you so much! So happy to hear that you loved it! Just added the link to the video description. Here it is as well for your convenience :) www.amazon.com/dp/B095CTGNWY I hope it works great for you & don't forget to put a wax or parchment paper under your brie before pouring honey into it to make sure it does not leak! :)
Haha, yay! We have the same name & we both love to craft! 🤗So nice to meet you! I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed this video! Thank you so much for watching :)
I've never put one together before. If taking it somewhere, do you put it together at your house or once you get there? And if at your own house, how do you transport it??
Sorry for the late response but great question! If you are able to assemble it on site that definitely makes things a little easier! However, since I am usually unable to, I typically will assemble it at home and will lightly cover it with the extra wide aluminum foil to keep most the items in place. This usually does the job for me and will keep everything from sliding off the board while in the car. If need be, you can always fix any small imperfections when you arrive as well. Another idea, is to use a board that has the sides, like a wood serving tray. I find that keeps everything nice and snug. I hope this helps for any future charcuterie boards! Wishing you a happy new year! :)
Girl, I am so excited I came across your channel. Im going to be a charcuterie board making fool. I love Aldi, to bad we don't have a Trader Joe's here in Houston. I wanted to ask where did you buy your round charcuterie board?
Aww! I am so happy to have you here! Truly hope these videos are so helpful to you 💖 I got this charcuterie board at HomeGoods & it was such a great buy! It was $24.99 and I've used it SOO many times! They have so many nice discounted boards! I've also found some inexpensive rectangular shaped boards at Ross too, often times even cheaper!
Haha, no worries, that's a great question. My family and I did eat the brie! We just used a cheese knife to cut it. It's actually one of my favorite cheeses and it pairs so well with honey which is why I love to include honey on my charcuterie boards. Try putting a little brie on a cracker and top it with some honey and let me know what you think! :) Hope this helps answer your questions!

Yay! I'm so happy you loved it! The best part is that you can cut any shape you want with any cookie cutter and really give it your own personal touch :) Mine did leak a bit, so I would recommend placing a small piece of parchment paper first before filling the brie OR you can always use something with a thicker consistency like a apricot jam or a fig jam. Both are pretty popular and would add nice Fall color inside the brie :)
As cute and delicious the board looks. I can’t get pass your nails. Touching the food without a glove. Yes, you said it was for your family…but touching the meat , to cheese , to cookies 🤢.
Thank you so much! My family doesn't mind, as I washed my hands many times in between, but everyone is different. I definitely understand where you're coming from, feel free to add some gloves next time you make one :) I might consider doing the same!

Gorgeous!! What’s the best way to travel with them? I’d love to make one for my daughters party but I’d be terrified to transport it 😬
Can you assemble it at your daughter's? Or partly assemble it? You can have everything pre-cut and pre-rolled in containers...
By far one of the prettiest boards I've seen here. So beautiful and so easy. Thanks!☀️☺️☀️
Thank you so much for your sweet words! Truly hope it helps you make a beautiful board that you love! 💖
