We do a thing here. We barbecue 2 racks of ribs with sauce. Line them up on a board covered with foil that looks a bit like a casket to look like rib cages. Then put a 1/2 of a red pepper in the center and shove a butcher's knife into it. I use a fake skull for the head.. And I put arms on it. Also plastic. Bones. It looks creepy but it takes so good.

How do you clean the board. Can you just wash it. Can you do a video on how to care for your boards and how to choose the board depending on the party and the amount of people

Since the charcuterie should be placed in refrigerator overnight the crackers and bread do tend to get soggy from my experience. I would recommend adding the crackers in last. I would also recommend trying to cover the cheeses and meats as much as possible if you are planning to do it the day before. You can cover it with a plastic wrap and remove it and adjust anything that might have moved around a little before serving. Overall, the tighter you are able to cover it, the more fresh everything will stay. I hope this helps and it comes out beautiful! 💖
I would also say that this board can feed about 10 people but it truly depends if you are serving other items with it as well! Some general rules of thumbs that might help: As a an appetizer I would say about 3-4oz cheese and meat combined per person, and if it's the only food 6-8oz cheese and meat combined per person should leave you with plenty. I actually used a combination of lipstick, liner & a little gloss to help it pop :) This is the combo I used: Charlotte Tilbury Pillowtalk Lipstick (if you haven’t tried this one you will love it! It’s highly rated & looks great on almost everyone! Haha) I also used L’oreal Matte Stermind Lip Liner, & lastly Anastasia Beverly Hills Bella Lip Gloss! Hope this is helpful ❤️

If I make the board a day ahead of time, will the crackers and bread get soggy?
