Loved this! I went on my 1st solo cruise/trip in August and it was amazing. The silence, the relaxation, the freedom to do what I wanted when I wanted to do it was fabulous! I'm an introvert so it was a dream come true. Plotting my next solo trip. I'm inspired by all your solo travel!
Loved where you explained about the Only Child and the ability to do many things alone and WANTING to do it alone. Ppl don't get that I'm comfortable doing these things alone! 😂😂😂😂
I totally get it. I'm introverted and when I'm in relax mode, I don't want to talk to people. I do that for a living and at vacation time, I just want to be left alone and allowed to have my own fun. I like people watching, but don't really want to interact unless I feel like it, which is not most of the time. Can't wait to chill out on my balcony or find a beach chair and just relax.
I loved reading this review because it’s so opposite from my ideas about why I love solo cruising but it’s so nice that it’s literally for everyone! I’m so so opposite to everything you said - painfully extroverted and literally feel drained when I’m alone. Solo cruising allows me to go out and meet people though without waiting for a friend to travel with - there’s always people to meet and spend time with for those of us who are extroverted! I would be so bored and unhappy being alone for even a short while, but luckily there’s always other solos who also want to make friends! It’s good to hear it’s also good for introverted folks! I can’t imagine that experience because I’m so social but it just goes to show that cruising is for everyone! I have to go against the video though and say that I think solo cruising is a great opportunity for first time travel - no driving required, no passport required for a closed loop cruise in US. Was perfect for me! Check out MSC for really good rates on solo deals! They tend to waive the supplement on a lot of cruises. Vacationstogo.com has a feature where you can sort by solo rate!
I thought I was the only person that wants to be alone on a cruise, like you I've had to deal with people, I've love being alone, people don't understand, I want to have alone time, it's life giving, I enjoyed your video and I don't feel guilty anymore ❤
You are me! I travel solo all the time. Going on my first solo cruise in December. I can’t wait! I don’t wanna dine with anyone, I don’t wanna hang with anyone on excursions, I just wanna enjoy my trip…by myself.
Ok Nikky!!!! (it must be the name) 😁… but for real, solo travel is everything! I remember telling my “girls” flat out the last “let’s all go and share hotel room in _____. I’m damn near 40, the days of me sleeping 2, 3 or 4 to a room whether it’s Dubai or Detroit… are over. Hit me up if you rent a private house or I’ll see you there … from my own room, thank you!” Nikki
I was a university ambassador in college, moved to Admissions/recruiting when I graduated, and now I'm an Academic Advisor and I feel the same about solo traveling and not really wanting to talk. 😂 I did meet folks through excursions and did a solo meet up in my first solo cruise (May 22), but I never go with the intent to make friends either. It was nice to make my own schedule and choose how I engage with people while vacationing.
Thank you for mentioning New York! I'm getting ready to take my first trip ever to NY and I'm doing it solo. There's definitely a bit of nerves there, but you certainly shed some light and helped put my mind at ease. I'll also be doing my first official solo cruise as well and I'm looking fwd to it. I just paid it off today!!
I’ve taken two vacations by myself now I’m hungry to go on my first cruise 🚢 However, finding the right people has turned into a chore to say the least. After, watching your video I am more inspired to just go by myself and enjoy my own company 😊 Rest & Relaxation is real! Cheers 🎉to solo cruising!
I think u will do well solo. May I suggest doing some research on the types of scene u are looking for. I just did the PRINCESS CRUISE solo. It was gray hairs & wheel chairs, lights out and quiet by 8pm. That made my nights too long.
I agree with you, if you are going solo, do what’s best for you. On my second cruise (I’ve cruised a lot), I had a balcony. Once you get a balcony, you never want any other kind of room.🥰
Love this! Just came back from my solo Christmas cruise on Norwegian Getaway..It was excellent, quiet, doing what I want when I want. I've been traveling by myself for years now and love it
Thank you so much for this! Regarding cost, thank the heavens these cruise ship operators and assorted travel providers are FINALLY starting to get on the good foot regarding ditching the single supplement or at least being transparent about there being one/making it more affordable. They’ve been holding us back too long, and tbh a single traveler enjoying all the excursions and maybe a few nicer, special upgrade restaurant meals could potentially spend more than a (miserly, frugal) couple any dang way lol I personally enjoy, dare I say prefer 🤣 a solo dolo, not trying to hob nob with the people type of trip too 🤭 if I’m going somewhere, it’s generally because I want some silencio from real life, and that also includes talking a lot or about anything that’s not my drink or food order 🤷🏾♀️ Keep the solo trip vlogs coming! ♥️
Bay-be, this human hair crochet is giving what it needs to give! 🔥🔥🔥 Now that I got that out of the way, I understand what you are saying about solo traveling. I have yet to do one yet, but I do plan to. And there are certain places that I wouldn’t mind connecting with other solo travelers, but there are certain solo trips where my desire is to truly spend time with myself and no one else.
Im taking my 1st solo early in 2025 on the Norwegian Prima. I'm an introvert. I can only people so much a day. I was an only child until I was 15. I lived with my Granny until she went to be with Jesus. When I had to leave the comfort of my home with my Gran, it drove me insane. I'm not looking for friends, and I'm really a solid solo traveler. I'm not child friendly and prefer less of them on a ship. RC was quiet and enjoyable. Carnival, truly the fun ships. As I get older, it no longer serves me as it did before. I still had a good time, though. I'm looking forward to my solo trip on Norwegian. I can do things on my own time and do the excursions I've always wanted to do. Thank you, Lia, for another great video. You look awesome as usual. God bless you.
I just stumbled on you and so appreciate you. I am a 70 yo female. You are honest and spot on. I have 5 carnival cruises behind me and in june going on Ncl in a solo balcony cabin. I am transitioning because my 38 yo twins and their partners will be going. All of us in our own. Thanks for this video and I'll let you know how I like NCL ALL 5 OF us ist ncl!
I totally agree with you. I don’t do solo things to meet people. Solo trips for me is quiet time, relaxing time, time to turn my phone and mind off and just chill. I talk to person people all the time at work, so Solo time is just that.
I'm doing a R & R solo cruise with the new ship from Celebrity Ascent. Actually the Solo Infinite Veranda (yes, they have solo balcony!) was cheaper than the solo inside, so I took it!!! Can't wait!! I already experienced last summer 6wks solo vacation in Italy (no cruise) and LOVED IT!! LOVE how you express yourself and I can TOTALY relate! Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Such a great video. First time watcher here and I am sooooo impressed. I will be taking my first solo in a few weeks. Im 58 and have done 7 other cruises ove the years but always with people. Unlike you i will be socializing on my trip as that is what i love about cruising. I work from home on the computer so I love the interactions. Thanks for your really informative v.
MSC cruises offer solo pricing. Just booked my first solo in April 2023. Only $310😀 all inclusive internet and the drink package. I'm Gold on Carnival, MSC cruises matches that status😃😃 I travel solo normally. Another tip to add.
Another amazing video? Talia!🙌🏽😁 I’m with you!! I can be just fine by myself and do not wish to interact during my scrumptious meal!😆 You crack me up with your comments!!😂 I hope you enjoy NCL when you cruise again because you can choose your own meal times.
Haven’t traveled solo but my bf and I just got back from an Alaskan cruise on Princess cruise line (Discovery Princess). Chefs kiss…it was a wonderful experience! Better food, very clean ship and very few kids. Will probably never cruise Carnival again! Will look into Virgin as well.
Lia said, "It would be a nightmare to make new friends on a solo cruise." So true. The fact you booked a solo cruise makes that clear in my opinion. I ain't mad at you for haulting your vocal cords..lol Sometimes you just need a woo sa moment.😁
I am a Norwegian cruiser. I picked it for my first cruise because its website was the easiest to navigate. I like its smaller ships because of the lower passenger count (2500 at most) and the large amount of outdoor space. Mega ships that have minimal outdoor space do not work for me. I absolutely would not do Carnival ever. I would like to do a crossing on the Queen Mary 2 (Cunard).
Wolfpack Pride!! I also graduated from N.C. State but in 2000. Thanks for the information. It gave me some things to consider as I increase my solo traveling.
Thank you for your commentary on solo cruising! I am inspired to try Virgin as my first solo cruising experience. When I lived in Charlotte, I would walk around uptown at night by myself, no problem... until that young man came up missing from a bar. That was a wrap for me.
I would recommend checking regularly for sales on the cruise lines before booking and also try to book a time when there aren’t many people/families vacationing. I booked a solo 4 night cruise a few weeks ago on RC, sailing the first week in October to the Bahamas with a balcony room and I paid $650 total. There was a 30% off sale at the time. Thanks for the other advice, love your videos! 👍🏾❤️
That’s awesome! I’ve cruised in August before too and it was much cheaper. August- October cruises run a lot of sales due to it being hurricane season and people being more reluctant to book cruises during that time due to the risk of cancellation or heavy rain. Mid- August thru October and January thru February are definitely the less expensive/ more sales cruising season. I just can’t travel anymore during hurricane season because it’s busy season at work 😩❤️
I am a solo cruiser also and always get the balconyroom. But I don't like that they charge us as two people. Hopefully, they will change this, but I highly doubt it.
Girl Lia, I felt that when you said “know yourself”. I enjoy solo traveling because I love me some me and enjoy my own company. Lots of folk haven’t gotten there yet or don’t know how to. I’m also at that age where I not trying to share a room with anyone. In fact, my mom is now living with me and when we start traveling we’re going to have to have separate rooms. Sorry but not sharing a tiny space with my mother.
I went on my 1st ever cruise Christmas 2023 (Royal) with my daughter (her 3rd) I loved cruising and that is all I have been thinking about. I love traveling with my daughter, but she has her own life so for me to have my on life I am going to have to cruise sometimes solo. I am planning my solo cruise...I must have a balcony
I went on a carnival cruise in July with my sister and niece. It was just me in the room. I had a balcony room for the first time. Loved it. Will always get a balcony room. Can’t go back. I also got a good deal so I didn’t have to pay the “single supplement”. Solo travel is great because you can be on your own schedule and not have to wait on others. I’m an introvert and I enjoy alone time. If you want to make new friends you can. But it’s okay to just enjoy your own company. Maybe people think it’s strange for a woman to vacation alone. I’m not sure people view men who solo vacation the same.
I did a solo cruise with Carnival in June this year after doing a 7 day cruise on Royal Caribbean with My Family for my birthday in February and I liked it a lot. It was a nice experience to have. I had a balcony cabin and got the drink package. I loved having my morning coffee in the morning out there. My bed was next to the balcony. I really loved that.
You are a breath of fresh air! I am a Senior citizen. I have been on two cruises. Both were wonderful. I am considering a solo cruise but like you, I had a talking career in customer service. I want to have R & R. I don’t seek new friends or small talk with strangers. Just want freedom. Might not even wear makeup! 😂 I want to catch up on my reading sitting on a deck chair by the ocean or pool. I want to eat alone. Will the cruise line allow a table for one? I want to do whatever I want whenever I want without conceding to my cabin mates choices. Selfish? Yes. Thanks for your video. I subscribed!
I went on 2 cruises with a group of 13 friends. I booked a solo room both times because I hate roommates! We had adjoining balconies so it was a win for me. I could stay out with them or go to bed when I wanted to and not listen to any snoring! Eta: "I'm not here to make friends" I felt that in my soul! 😆 Too peoply for me too!
Ok, first of all human hair crochet 😍😍, might have to try it myself... antywho, I have never solo traveled and I am definitely considering it so thank you for this breakdown... I find as I get older that when you spend the majority of the day talking to people, I’m good with not talking to anyone once I clock out so not talking to anyone on your vacation is perfectly fine...
This is good. Im going on my first Carnival Cruise. Hope I enjoy it.Had I known, I’d have went Virgin. I love kids but mine is grown so adult only sounds great!
Really appreciate this breakdown - having traveled solo internationally however yet to cruise period... will listen diligently. Adore your insights 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thanks for sharing your experiences! I haven't solo cruised. But earlier this year one friend and I went on a cruise. We had 0 plans other than r&r. The most time outside of breakfast and dinner that we spent together was when we docked in Nassau and spent the morning in the Rainforest room. Basically after breakfast and until dinner we were solo🤣 it was great. 0 expectations for conversation or being entertained. I walked past the adults only pool on my way to the adults only cafe and could only see her neck 🤣 she's basically a fish and happiest in the water. However, we do enjoy each other's company at meals and the shows were fantastic. And dinner and a show is something we normally do at home together so we enjoyed doing thise together without our families. So for those who may feel less comfortable traveling solo, find a travel companion who travels like you do. Then it can feel solo ish.
Hi, enjoyed your solo description. Am taking a solo cruise to Alaska on 9/25, in the solo room. I'll let you know what I think as this is not my first cruise, but first solo cruise in a non balcony room.
This content was very helpful!! I’ll definitely hold off on taking a cruise as my first solo trip. And lets not negate the fact that Ms. Lia is beautiful as always!!!
I think a cruise is perfect for first solo trip. A female can feel safe and won't have to branch off far from others for activities. I have years of experience trying both cruising and flying to Jamaica solo. To stay in a resort solo, I was forced to make friends so I could feel comfy on the excursions
MSC has rooms specifically for solo cruisers interior through balcony rooms. I booked a solo cruise for December in a balcony room at a great rate of $403, on a 4 night cruise. I think more cruise lines should offer this also.
@@lparke02 It's another cruise line a little more upscale appearance from Carnival and Royal Caribbean (their ships are beautiful) but I think they are very affordable. They sail from Miami and Port Canaveral. The MSC stands for Mediterranean Shipping Company in which their origins are an Italian shipping company.
This is the first time I'm watching your channel. Since my wife's death I can only cruise alone. Went on one solo cruise. It was planned with my wife, but, then she suddenly passed away. Don't do drink packages. Do like some specialty restaurants.
I really enjoyed this video! You were so funny and gave great explanations of your experience! I've traveled solo but, have only cruised with others. I love all kinds of travel! Keep up the good work!
I think people should always think about your question, i.e. "Would you ask a white man that?" before you speak. It is relevant for many of us. I love your style.
It’s so true people talk about Royal as if it’s top tier. I sail my first Royal cruise in Dec and from your vlog it really looked the same. Lol Now I do want to do Wonder of the seas with the aqua theater and all the activities onboard.
Thanks for the insight! I like that you talked about microaggressions too, as that gets swept under the rug a lot. I'm going on my first cruise in January, and it'll be solo-ish. I'll be traveling to and from the cruise alone, but I found a cruising group which was organized by an experienced cruiser from here on YT. It's just for a weekend. I'm introverted and it shows, but I didn't even book a balcony so it'll be interesting taking on the challenge of being out of the room most of the time surrounded by strangers and calling that a mini vacation lol. I'm already in my room enough at home anyway lol. Overall I've gone back and forth deciding whether to cancel the trip or not, and I'm still lowkey undecided, but this video got me thinking just go for it. I want to take a chance because as a first time solo traveler/cruiser, I want to clarify for myself what I want for my future travels. And all I know is that I really do want to travel!
Thanks for the insightful video on your solo travel experience. As an introvert solo traveling would be a peaceful R&R experience. Like you said solo traveling wouldn't be for everyone. Planning my solo cruise trip for Oct/Nov 2022.
I'm here for all of the tea and appreciate your take on solo travel. Planning my first soon and I don't want to talk or meet anyone 🤣. I want to be by myself. Doing what I want to do when I want to do it. Now let's get down to business. I don't know how to DM you on YT but what bra brand to do you wear bc we are similar size and my gurls need to salute like yours. You've inspired this 40+ women to show more and I need them to be right 😊 Thanks
Great video and break down . Respect your views. I’m also a I don’t wanna talk person . I have depression really bad and I’m a solo travel all the time. I’m just one person but I find traveling getting away to just be alone with out being pushed and pulled in every direction is relaxing . Maybe for me its just getting out there and doing something different I don’t have at home . The depression is still there when I get home but I have pictures and remember what fun I had when I go back into not so good stuff . Doesn’t fix it but it sure does help .
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’ve had friends who suffer from depression solo travel and they said in essence the depression followed them to the new place and if anything made them feel a bit worse, but I love hearing the other side of the coin where it actually didn’t follow and actually felt a bit better ( if even just temporarily)!!!
Hi, I just found this video for the 1st time today! 👋 I'm like you, if I go on a cruise, I definitely want to have a Balcony! 🚢 I love being able to walk out on the balcony at any time, the middle of the night to first thing in morning in my pajamas! lol I have looked at the "Solo Cabins" on cruise lines, & you're right, they are very small & have NO balcony at all! I'm considering a cruise right now in November 2024 on Carnival with a group, I would have to pay about $2,200 for a Balcony cabin for myself, plus pay for Airfare from NJ to New Orleans- Ugh!!!! (And I'm trying to watch my finances, so I'm not sure yet if I'm going or not) 🤦♀️ Question... You said your solo balcony cabin cost you $1,250? Wow, that's not bad at all compared to what I was quoted, over $2,000! 😮
Hey girl!!! I love solo traveling 😌 My first solo trip was in 2017 on the Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas 5 nights in a balcony it went to Jamaica and Haiti!!! I've been hooked on solo traveling ever since❣️❣️ I love a balcony as well!! I been on Carnival, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean and I love them all. I am going to try Virgin Voyages next. I do prefer Royal over Carnival as a whole. I have had some bad experiences with Carnival and I haven't cruised with them in a while...But I'm giving them another chance in November, I'm booked on the Carnival Celebration's inaugural sailing. I do recommend Norwegian as well, I went on the Escape for my 50th birthday in 2018 it was fabulous!!! I feel very safe when traveling solo. After I try Virgin Voyages I'm going to check out Celebrity it seems very luxurious ❣️⛴️🕶✈️🧳👙🍹🏝💋
My issue with them charging double on a cruise is that it includes food while you are on board. If you get a hotel room it is just that, a place to sleep. So I wish they would give solo travelers a little bit of a break because we arent eating for 2 people. When I was pricing out solo cabins right after the restart of cruising it was actually cheaper to book a regular cabin which gave me more space. I go through stages during my travel where sometimes I dont want to speak to anyone and other times I do, sometimes you just need a break from peopling haha. They have cameras all over a cruise ship so honestly I have never felt unsafe on a ship. Just always be aware of your surroundings. I feel more comfortable taking an excursion with the cruise line in most ports then wandering alone though.
I have been on 5 cruises so far and going on another one in October but on my last cruise I booked a balcony and I don’t think I can never go back to a regular room again. I am willing to pay extra for the space and the balcony and you don’t have to pay at one time, they let you pay over time. Even if I don’t use the balcony all the days the views will not allow me to go back
You are so right I've heard so many times from other vloggers and just family members that go on cruises every year state that Royal Caribbean is so much better than Carnival and I've never been a royal and I've only been on one Carnival Carnival Ecstasy and I had fun I was pregnant at the time but still had fun and for the price cant beat. Maybe one day I will try Royal Caribbean just to say I did it but it would have to be a very good price
Thank you, thank you for this video! I’m doing my first solo cruise in 6 weeks - a 10-night Celebrity cruise - and I can’t wait for the “disconnect” time. I’m a pastor and I’m around people ALL the time and I’m looking forward to the solitude. I appreciate your comments, particularly around the micro-aggressions toward solo women travelers and I’m sure it’s worse for you than me as a BIPOC than a white woman … but seriously, people would never approach a man in the same way.
I would travel alone. I do have a travel Sista and we always have a good time. Travel & spend your money how you choose. Enjoy and be safe. I would never be in a cruise cabin with more than two not unless it’s me and my granddaughters. My preference
I Love Cruising I can't wait until January to go on My 7 day Cruise on the Carnival Mardi Gras. in My Opinion Cruising is safer than going to this other countries doing destination vacation. At least on a ship somebody is going to check on You.
😫🤣🤣🤣 i apologize for my "stories" comments i try to keep it short it just doesn't work. 🤣 I had more people talk to me on my 1st solo and no 1 ever speak to me when i cruised with friends and fam. And like u said they were in awe that i was brave enuf to solo cruise. I felt just as safe as if i cruised with friends and fam.
I love solo cruising and I always get a balcony. Other passengers will try to use you as a sitter for their children, developmentally challenged adult relatives or elderly relatives. Women in older married couples will try to 'adopt" you because their husbands won't talk to them. Don't be paranoid but do be aware of this and maintain your boundaries. You are on vacation too.

I'm a social worker and therapist. I want to go on a solo cruise for peace and tranquility. I don't want to meet nobody.
Just clicked on and can't focus on anything else but your hair 😭😭😭😭 JUST GORGEOUS 😍😍😍

How was it? Booked a solo cruise in June. Kind of scary but we'll see
Thanks for this video! This was so insightful! I totally get the wanting the R&R as an introvert my R&R is where I energize myself up. 🧡😍
Man I feel your thoughts on solo travel. Im not trying to make friends. If im not gonna be with family or my friends, I will eat alone.
MSC cruises offer solo pricing. Just booked my first solo in April 2023.
Only $310😀 all inclusive internet and the drink package.
I'm Gold on Carnival, MSC cruises matches that status😃😃
I travel solo normally. Another tip to add.
Another amazing video? Talia!🙌🏽😁
I’m with you!! I can be just fine by myself and do not wish to interact during my scrumptious meal!😆
You crack me up with your comments!!😂
I hope you enjoy NCL when you cruise again because you can choose your own meal times.
🤣🤣🤣 it’s the pictures of the random whites that took me out. Loved this video Lia
😩😂😂
Lia said, "It would be a nightmare to make new friends on a solo cruise." So true. The fact you booked a solo cruise makes that clear in my opinion. I ain't mad at you for haulting your vocal cords..lol Sometimes you just need a woo sa moment.😁
Im just being honest!!
❤
Thank you, you inspire me to take a solo cruise
Thanks for the advice
I am a Norwegian cruiser. I picked it for my first cruise because its website was the easiest to navigate. I like its smaller ships because of the lower passenger count (2500 at most) and the large amount of outdoor space. Mega ships that have minimal outdoor space do not work for me. I absolutely would not do Carnival ever. I would like to do a crossing on the Queen Mary 2 (Cunard).
just got off Celebration with my mom and two aunts, i do look forward to my SOLO cruise, lol...just doing research now !!
Just started the video and I'm listening but can't stop staring at your hair 😍
So many good points and “ I didn’t think of that moments” thank you.
Thanks actually really good. Have fun
I doubt it too as it would cause them to lose money
@@LiaLavon That's true, but they need to do something.
Solo cruise scheduled for November and I can't wait!! 🛳
I love this. I will be going on my first cruise next year! I’m super excited.
Have fun!!
So beautiful! Love your spirit and the quality content! Thank you going on solo cruise in 5 days !
Absolutely love your personality! Best wishes and looking forward to see where you solo trip to next!
I want to catch up on my reading sitting on a deck chair by the ocean or pool. I want to eat alone. Will the cruise line allow a table for one? I want to do whatever I want whenever I want without conceding to my cabin mates choices. Selfish? Yes.
Thanks for your video. I subscribed!
Awesome information Lia! Your hair looked fabulous on this video.....👀👀
🇬🇧🙋🏾♀️The solitude of solo travel is very appealing. I appreciate your break down Lia 💜❤️💜
This is good. Im going on my first Carnival Cruise. Hope I enjoy it.Had I known, I’d have went Virgin. I love kids but mine is grown so adult only sounds great!
I love your review of solo travel
Really appreciate this breakdown - having traveled solo internationally however yet to cruise period... will listen diligently. Adore your insights 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Hi Ms. Lia. Great information. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
As an enrollment advisor for a college…..I FEEL YOU 😂 i’m good on the extra chatting….I’m good with the silence while I’m alone 😇
However,
we do enjoy each other's company at meals and the shows were fantastic. And dinner and a show is something we normally do at home together so we enjoyed doing thise together without our families. So for those who may feel less comfortable traveling solo, find a travel companion who travels like you do. Then it can feel solo ish.
I love your honesty!!! 🤣❤
Straight truth love it! Honest with the advice. I wouldn't want to talk to strangers either lol
I think a cruise is perfect for first solo trip. A female can feel safe and won't have to branch off far from others for activities. I have years of experience trying both cruising and flying to Jamaica solo. To stay in a resort solo, I was forced to make friends so I could feel comfy on the excursions
I AM NOT HERE TO MAKE FRIENDS! Ayye... This is the "solo" quote of the year!
$1200 is a great rate for an all inclusive (excl alcohol)
I totally understand. Your R&R 😁
Thanks for the detailed informating!
MSC has rooms specifically for solo cruisers interior through balcony rooms. I booked a solo cruise for December in a balcony room at a great rate of $403, on a 4 night cruise. I think more cruise lines should offer this also.
Hi. What is msc?
December/January definitely is a more affordable time to sail, I’ll definitely do it one day
@@lparke02 It's another cruise line a little more upscale appearance from Carnival and Royal Caribbean (their ships are beautiful) but I think they are very affordable. They sail from Miami and Port Canaveral. The MSC stands for Mediterranean Shipping Company in which their origins are an Italian shipping company.
@@williemoore5195 thank you i will have to check them out looking for a March cruise now
@ Willie Moore me too. Looking at Nov or Dec but a 3 day, still trying to figure out best time. They do have great pricing, enjoy your trip.
All of Virgin Ships are the same SUPERYACHT inspired ships and are sold per cabin not per person. I can’t wait to go on mine!!!
Have fun!!
This is the first time I'm watching your channel. Since my wife's death I can only cruise alone. Went on one solo cruise. It was planned with my wife, but, then she suddenly passed away. Don't do drink packages. Do like some specialty restaurants.
R&R is needed in life. I want to try a solo cruise on a 3 to 4 day cruise. I'm an only child and never lonely.
I really enjoyed this video! You were so funny and gave great explanations of your experience! I've traveled solo but, have only cruised with others. I love all kinds of travel! Keep up the good work!
I usually travel solo to take a break. I also don't like sharing my room with others.
What a lovely vlog. Very relaxing footage 🤘Felt like I was exploring with you🔥🔥New fan from Bangalore 😍😍
Nice i plan to tske some solo trips
Loved this its like you read my mind on solo traveling as i always get asks on pros and cons
You look amazing babe. Very interest vid
Love always ❤️
(And I'm trying to watch my finances, so I'm not sure yet if I'm going or not) 🤦♀️
Question...
Even if I don’t use the balcony all the days the views will not allow me to go back
It’ll be hard for me to go back as well 😩😂
You are so right I've heard so many times from other vloggers and just family members that go on cruises every year state that Royal Caribbean is so much better than Carnival and I've never been a royal and I've only been on one Carnival Carnival Ecstasy and I had fun I was pregnant at the time but still had fun and for the price cant beat. Maybe one day I will try Royal Caribbean just to say I did it but it would have to be a very good price
You inspire me
All of the Virgin Voyages ships are the same just different names.
I Love your Vibe!
Great video! You looked very pretty too. ☺️ what hair are you wearing?
I Love Cruising I can't wait until January to go on My 7 day Cruise on the Carnival Mardi Gras. in My Opinion Cruising is safer than going to this other countries doing destination vacation. At least on a ship somebody is going to check on You.
😫🤣🤣🤣 i apologize for my "stories" comments i try to keep it short it just doesn't work. 🤣
I had more people talk to me on my 1st solo and no 1 ever speak to me when i cruised with friends and fam. And like u said they were in awe that i was brave enuf to solo cruise. I felt just as safe as if i cruised with friends and fam.
I love your views, I thought I was alone. Ha ha ha 😂.
I wish somebody would try to use me as a babysitter, I would definitely have some choice words 😩😂
@@LiaLavon 😆😆
