I really don't get why the crows are considered "Racist" I'm black and I loved the Dumbo movie and I loved the crows.
They were the only ones who helped out poor Dumbo and got him the confidence to become a complete success and they were amazing at singing.

They weren't shown eating watermelon or fried chicken, they aren't saying "mastah" and polishing shoes, they don't have the red lip outline, they weren't committing any crimes or hanging out in morally questionable places such as a brothel, they weren't shown running away from "hooded ghosts", none of them were called "boy" by a man with thick southern accent, they didn't have any chains on them, or were called "slave" or worse disparaging terms, they weren't shown to be technologically backward or savagely dressed.
So again where in the world does singing make you racist? I think you have just been conditioned to see any character that is vaguely black and you immediately claim it's racist untill proven otherwise but no one wants to disagree with you because they are worried that they will be labelled as racist as well

@@rejvaik00 Afaik, the fact that they act and talk like black people, and the fact that they are crows (and I believe the name of at least one of them is Jim) is a direct reference to the Jim Crow laws. I always judged it as Disney doing a funny parody, but I have a sense of humour so I can get how people without it could be offended by it.

I used to imagine the battles my pokemon were having, epic dodges and flourishing atracks like in the anime. Some how that was easier to do with 2d sprites than with these 3d ones :(
me too i was hoping that when the franchise came to the switch i would no longer have to use my imagination but perhaps despite the underwhelming graphics it was still unrealistic
Turn off animations. Now it's a bit easier. Not as easy as it used to be though. :c

hahaha mortal have you ever had a fight with tate & lisa from RSE with a dark type who they couldn't attack and they kept putting your pokemon to sleep and not dealing any damage
So many pidoves,...they awarded grinding for shiny hunting and destroyed the need by forced exp share.

Turned out, that Gamefreak put a Massive hole in the moveset of the first Giratina, he had Earthquake and Shadow strike as his only two offensive moves.

You know when the biggest innovation that your games make after transitioning to way stronger hardware is moving the camera with an analog stick it makes you think "are these guys actually good at making video games or did they just luck out on an insanely likable idea that turned into the biggest media franchise of all time"

I disagree about this one being identical - even without the cut mons, they've still gutted an absolutely BREATHTAKING amount of content, replacing it with cheap distractions (Curry, flatness of the wild) that aren't fleshed out while railroading you even further.
It's like if they made a kirby game with no copy abilities or floating, put in sonic forces' level design, and made it in a grim, photorealistic setting.
This feels more like a spinoff released by a hated indie team than an entry in the world's biggest mmultimedia franchise.

It is a beautiful entry for the franchise into the Switch. With the DLC, it is only going to get better. You can’t expect Galar to have the same cultural elements as other regions.

I was that upset when Ruby/Sapphire came out and found out that you couldn't travel to the first two regions or trade with them. Oh the joys of being 13...
When you look at how much the Zelda franchise has been able to evolve beautifully while keeping a similar type of gameplay over the years, it's ridiculous to see how Pokemon has not changed whatsoever in 20 years despite having so much potential.
They did change over the years.

@@terraria2009 online, allowing competitive pokemon is the biggest change that the series added. Raid battles are nice, wild area is really nice, Sun and Moon did away with gyms, ruby I think was the first game to introduce a post game storyline (or gold if you count the extra content) Let's Go was a huge change, Secret bases was a nice minigame that was actually worth while in ORAS, Secret Training was fun and had some practicality, each generations gimmick (mega, z moves, dynamax) Black and White two had the dream radar spinoff game, everyone forgets about pokemon Ranger, Pokemon Rumble series, Mystery Dungeon series, pokemon Go technically counts, pokemon tournaments on the Wii, pokemon camp, pokemon snap, THE LEGEND THAT IS POKEMON CONQUEST, and some other stuff. Franchise has had changes, some extremely huge, but people tend to focus on the core of the game and forget to realize that Gen 7 and 8 is pokemon trying to completely revolutionize the franchise. Like if you would have told me in Gen 5 that we would have a semi open field where you could see other players move, catch many types of pokemon, and participate in 4 player co op battles to catch pokemon, I would have laughed. If you told me in gen 3 that Gyms will not exist, I would have told you that you're lying.

Black and White were also good ones with the legends.
Pokemon Sun & Moon and Black & White were honestly the best versions and I think Sword & Shield may have made a lot of people longing for the old games.

@@animatedink2529 yeah cause older games could have all the then available pokemon in the games, had decent features(Amie/Refresh) that aren't a jumbled mess(Camp), werent made for the 3DS then ported over because the pokemon company bet against the newest console intended for the games that were supposed to be what long time fans would enjoy.

Most probably wouldn't get the reference since it's based on the dex entry. Needed something that'd be easy to see.
How to win: have a bunch of ‘extras’ on your team: so when the other person dynamaxes you use the extras to tough it out for three turns and then when the Pokémon can’t dynamax anymore make urs dynamax and kill
Just use a pokemon with supereffective moves, I always use the goldex app, to know what tipe of move is better to use against a certain pokemon
If you only use supereffective moves you oneshotted everypokemon 😹
Pick fire starter and around lvl 15 I believe u get a "football" move that pretty much one shots everything except water pokes
u dont need any strategies, i got distracted and my starter became lvl 70 when i was like on 2nd gym cause i had sooo muy free rare candy everywhere. literally rushed through the game with the same attack

I love Pokémon but you’re right, we’ve been playing the same game for years with just a new setting, new Pokémon, and new characters. But when the fans don’t get everything they want, they’ll act like this is the first time it’s happened.
