Possible spoiler ... One gets this hat completing all the Legendary fish.
However you Also get Jeremy Gill's special lure ... That lure seems to catch nothing at all 😂

I used a slightly different method to get that hat: a dynamite arrow! Of course the hat fell in the water, but I was able to recover it, lucky for me. Your method seems safer... except for Jeremy Gill! 😆🤠👍
